new start

"I didn't love you, you were just a means to an end so now I'm ending you" I new that voice that was my mother. I heard a scream and I gasped and held onto colby for dear life.

"I got you" colby said. Then I heard another scream. I started crying.

"Shh Lillian we don't want her to hear us" he said.

"Colby" I whispered.

"Yes?" He said.

"When will she leave?" I asked.

"Hope fully soon" he said. Then we heard the door open and close.

"She's gone" colby said.

"Oh my God I don't how much longer I could deal with that" I said. I got my stuff packed and we went to his apartment.

"Welcome to your new home Lillian" colby said. We put my stuff in my room.

"Nice place you have colby" I said looking around.

"Thanks glad you like it" he said.

"Hey do you want to go out to eat for lunch?" Colby asked.

"Is that even a question, yes lets go" I said running past him.

"Hurry up!" I said.

"Ok, ok I'm coming" he said while grabbing the keys.

We got to tender greens and ordered our food of course he payed cause guys just always have to pay. We talked for a bit just getting to know each other since now we live with eachother. We left tender greens and went back home.

"Hey Sam" colby said when he walked in.

"Hey colby, oh hey Lillian didn't know you were coming over" Sam said. Colby and I haven't told anyone yet about what my mother did to me but we should probably tell Sam.

"Hey sam" I said. I turned to Colby.

"Colby we should probably tell him" I said to colby. He looked at me and nodded.

"Do you want me to tell him I know its hard for you to talk about" he said.

"Could you?" I said.

"Yeah I will you can chill and I'll go tell Sam out in the hall" colby said.

"Okay thank you colby" I said giving him a hug then I walked over to the living room.

"Hey Sam can I talk with you out in the hall" colby asked.

"Yeah" Sam replied. I watched them walked out into the hall. I couldn't really hear the conversation from here but I did hear a few yells and some gasps. Then they walked back inside and Sam came straight to me and hugged me.

"Oh my god Lillian I'm so sorry that happened to you" Sam said.

"Don't apologize Sam it wasn't your fault it wasn't anybody's fault but mine" I said leaning away from the hug.

"Lillian how is this your fault. You had no control over this." Sam said.

"It was my fault cause I didn't tell you guys about my mother maybe if I did you would've helped me sooner, and I didn't think when she called me sweetie, or asked me for a hug I should've noticed those signs but I didn't" I said. They looked at me. Colby came and sat next to me and held me. I burried my face in his chest to try to stop the tears from coming it didn't work I started crying again.
