"NO WAAAAAY!" Hanna squeals at the top of her lungs.
"Yes, now shut up before my mom hears you." I pick up a pillow from my bed and chuck it at Hanna's head.
"I still can't believe he kissed you, it's like the CUTEST THING EVER!"
"Hanna! Shut the fuck up." My face turns red.
"Who kissed you?" My mom asks as she stands in the doorway of my room. Her arms are crossed and her eyebrows are raised.
"Uhh-"
"Me- I- yes I did." Hanna says quickly with a confident smile on her face.
My mom continues to stand in the doorway with her arms crossed.
"It was a dare." Hanna lies again.
Silence.
"Well I'm heading out to go grocery shopping, so no more of.. that." My mom finally says before leaving.
"I told you to be quiet." I mumble to Hana.
"Oh, come on. It's just a kiss, it's not like you guys had se-"
Ding.
Hanna and I both glance at my phone screen and see a text from Grayson. Without any hesitation, Hanna lunges for my phone and runs away with it.
"Hanna, come back here! AND GIVE ME MY PHONE!" I yell as I chase her through the hall.
When I finally reach her, she is smiling like crazy and giggling.
"Grayson wants to see you again tonight." Hanna winks.
"What?!" I swipe the phone out of her hands and read the text.
Gray :) - Want to hang out tonight? Got something fun planned ;)
"Oh god."
"Dude, he totally wants to," Hanna humps the air, "ya know?"
I nearly choke as she says this and I smack her arm.
"Am I wrong though?" She winks.
"Go away, just raid the fridge or something." I wave my hand in her face.
"Bet." She runs to the kitchen.
Grayson has something fun planned, huh? I don't know if I should be scared or not. What if Hanna's right though?! Oh, god. What if he really is using me like my mom said he would?
"Quit worrying about it and start getting ready." Hanna leans against the wall with a bowl of cereal in her hands.
"But-"
"No but's. Come on, I gotta make you look sexy." Hanna drags me back to my room.
