I open my eyes and I'm still inside our destroyed car.

I turn my gaze to the left, and the sight I see nearly makes me throw up.

Blood everywhere.

Broken glass.

My mom...my mom laying halfway outside of the windshield. Her body is limp, leaning over the steering wheel.

I try to scream but nothing comes out.

My gaze leaves my mom and immediately to Kenzie in the backseat.

"KENZIE, PLEASE NO!" I scream at the top of my lungs.

I crawl into the backseat and unbuckle her from her car seat.

"PLEASE WAKE UP, PLEASE!!" I hold her limp body close to me. "YOU GOT IT, COME ON KENZ. COME ON, WAKE UP!" I scream, hot tears rolling down my cheeks and onto her head.

Cop sirens begin to fill my ears with red and blue lights flashing everywhere.

I scream for help at the top of my lungs. Before I see one of the cops approach the car, my vision goes black again.

GRAYSON'S POV

My phone starts to ring and I check it expecting to see Tia's name pop up.

Hanna?

I answer the call.

"Hello-"

"GRAYSON, HANNA IS IN THE HOSPITAL!" Hanna cries into the phone.

"WHAT?! Why???" I ask, my anxiety shooting through the roof.

"SHE GOT INTO A CAR CRASH, YOU NEED TO GET HERE! I'LL TEXT YOU THE ADDRESS!" Hanna continues to cry, catching her breathe every so often.

And then she hangs up. A couple seconds later, she texts me the address to the hospital.

Tears of fear and panic begin to overflow in my eyes as I grab my car keys and run out the door.
