October 7th,
Dear Finn,
hows it going back home? It's great here. Everyone's well gear and nice. I know I wasn't too sure about being here when we first arrived as I'm sure you remember from my letter but it's great I don't think I ever want to come back. The only reason I will is to see you and everyone of course. You definitely need to come over and visit when you can. I'll even send some money if you dint have enough since I'm a working man.We get paid well better at the Kaiserkeller. The Indra club was cleaned but it's whatever over here. Thinking about it, you wouldn't like it too much over here, not to be rude or owt. It just isn't your scene ya know?
Like the musics loud and I know you've never been to the cavern so you'd never come here. And you don't drink or smoke which is what you do to pass the time.
Sorry to go off on a tangent I think ur great as you are.
We've been playing alongside some familiar faces, Rory storm and the hurricanes, not that you know much on who they are but they've played at petes and the cavern before. They're pretty good but got nothing on us.
There's some pretty cool people here too. Lots of scary muscly men but they leave us alone and sometimes get on stage with us. The women here are interesting I like their clothes a lot, or the lack of.
I must rush I'm sorry, just knackered and want to send this as soon as possible, John says he misses you dearly and hopes you haven't replaced him in his absence, Paul hopes you're keeping good at school and staying out of trouble, Stu misses your friendly face and Pete can't wait for us all to hang out when we're home.
Yours sincerely,
George XXX
