The Unexpected Deception

Chapter 6

Lisa's POV

Another day at school. Urg! I hate my life for having to go to school. Who does not? But the day went pretty smoothly and thank God I didn't come across Harry today.

I took my books from my locker and headed to my English class. Lunch time was just over and everybody was rushing to their classrooms. Suddenly I bumped into someone.

"Watch where you are going bitch!" I looked up and saw... Jade. Oh no. Way to ruin my day.

"Why do you always have to be such a bitch?! I can't know what Harry or Zayn even saw in you! You worthless slut!" Where does that come from? 

She was now screaming and I don't even know when Zayn came in this conversation.

"Don't ever talk to her like that Jade!" A voice said and I realised that it was Zayn's.

Oh my god ! Please no more drama.

Zayn appeared beside me from the crowd and I decided to drag him out. But he still did not budge. Again! I am really starting to feel useless now having someone defend all the time. This is so depressing.

"Or what Zayn?" she asked making a innocent face.

"I'll - " Zayn was interrupted by another voice. Why is there always interruption in my life?

"You will what Zayn?" Harry said standing beside Jade.

What ...! Why is Harry here? And why is he taking Jade's side? Suddenly the thought of them dating came in my mind but I just pushed it away. That would be ridiculous.

"Harry?" Zayn asked confused as well.

"Zayn, mate why are you defending that bitch?" Harry asked looking disgusted with me.

Did he just insult me? Well Jade does that a lot but it is Harry! I was boiling inside with anger. I want to punch him and kill him. First he ignores me all the time and now he is defending Jade! What is wrong with him?! And right now what does he think he is?!

"I could say the same for you" Zayn replied smirking and I was jumping up and down in a cheerleader mode inside right now.

A crowd was already gathered around us watching the scene. Stupid people!

Suddenly a voice said, "Everyone back to their classes and you four, in my office immediately" Shit! The principal.

*.*.*.*.*.*

School was over and I was heading to ... the detention room. Yes, I got detention. For the first time ever! At the principle's office, Harry was able to prove Jade and him innocent saying that i started arguing with Jade apparently and they slipped out.

Zayn and I got stuck and were given detention. God only knows what is going to happen in that detention room! I have never been to detention room and honestly I find it quite scary. I do not know why. You can do it Lisa.

Zayn's POV

Once in the detention room, we sat far from each other. I wanted to talk to her but our gym teacher, Mr Jones stood in front of giving us a killing look and moreover there was killing or freaking silence in the room.

I secretly took my pair of earphones, put it in my ears and put my cap on as I know that I won't be able to talk to Lisa. She was sitting there, reading a book with strands of hair continuously falling on her face. 

I think she found me staring so she looked at me. I quickly looked away and put my head on the table. I closed my eyes and relaxed myself listening to the music. I guess i can take a little nap too without Mr Jones knowing. I peeked at Lisa and she was looking outside. She seemed like she is in deep thoughts. I closed my eyes again and wait for this nice sweet whole hour to finish. 

Lisa's POV

Well the detention room is not that scary as I thought, except the creepy look from Mr Jones, and there were no other pupils except for me and Zayn. Guess our school's students are changing. But that seems impossible considering Jade keeping on insulting other people and not minding her own business! She just hates me and it is obviously because of Harry and well maybe Zayn. But whatever because the feeling of hate is mutual. 

My thoughts drift to Harry. Again. Why did he do that? Why was he defending Jade and why the fuck is he completely ignoring me? I at least deserve a proper explanation from him! This whole situation is seriously unnerving. I was pulled away from my thoughts when I heard knocking on the door.

"Mr Jones, the principal wants to see you." Mr Jones got up from his seat and said, "Don't you guys dare to step out of this room or else you will get one week of detention!" he said looking at me sternly. Gosh that is really scary! Then he looked at Zayn. Zayn had his head on the table and did not look up. Shit looks like he is sleeping. Mr Jones went to Zayn's table but Zayn still did not look up. He is surely in trouble now! 

Mr Jones looks like he is gonna explode with anger right now. He really does not like someone diobeying or ignoring him. "Zayn Malik!" he yelled. 

Zayn jolted up. His cap falling and then his earphones. Shit. Does he really so badly wants to get in trouble? He looked scared for his life. It is a first though seeing him scared. That is really funny. I tried to stiffle my laugh. Zayn noticed me and glared at me. 

"Malik will you tell me why are you sleeping in detention and using your earphones?" he yelled. Oops. 

"I -" Zayn started, "I will not hear any excuse of yours! One week of detention for you!" Mr Jones said. Now that was rude. Poor Zayn. Then Mr Jones was out of the room. I chuckled and continued looking outside.

Suddenly Zayn grabbed my wrist and made me stand up. "Why were you laughing?" he asked in a low voice. Oh no he is angry.

"I... I...," I stuttered. His expression suddenly changed and he smirked. Now mood swings? Urg. He started coming closer to me still holding my wrist. He pressed me against the wall behind me, being very close to me. Oh my...

How was the chapter? :) And... THE ALBUM IS LEAKED!!!! It is amazingly amazing!!! The songs no control, girl almighty, spaces, clouds, stockholm syndrome... IT IS TOO MUCH!! CAN'T TAKE IT!!
