The Unexpected Deception

Chapter 10

Lisa'sPOV

"You took me to an amusement park?!" I screamed. Zayn chuckled. He had parked the car and I was sitting admiring the fun area in front of me. "Ya why? You do not like it?" He asked.

"No! I love it! It is just that I did not expect you to bring me here. I was more expecting going to go venture in a prohibited area or even a car race," I laughed.

Zayn got out and went to open my door. "Well you unexpected the expected. Wait, did I say that right?" he asked. I just smiled at him and was soon dragging him towards the entrance. I am so excited! This place was gigantic. Wow. First of all we went on a rollercoaster. That was sick. When it finally came to a stop I felt relieved but it was fun. Zayn was all pale as if he did seen a ghost. Guess he did not enjoy it that much.

"I won't ever go on that shit again," I heard him muttering to himself. I smiled.

"Zayn?" A voice spoke.

"Liam! Hey man! What's up?" Zayn said. Oh so the guy's name was Liam.

"I came here with my girlfriend. What about you and who is this pretty young lady over here?" Liam asked.

"Ya Liam this is Lisa and Lisa this is Liam. He is my quite best friend. And believe me he is really smart," Zayn said.

"Thanks man. But I got to rush, my girlfriend is waiting for me. Nice too meet you Lisa. Hope we will meet soon!" he said before running back to a girl with brown straight hair in the line. She was really beautiful. When he reached her, he gave her a short kiss on her lips. They looked so happy and cute. I really wish I had a relationship like that. I found Zayn staring at me. This is awkward.

The rest of our time passed quite well and entertaining. I had convinced Zayn to let the person draw on his face saying to him that the person will draw a spiderman mask but I made the person draw all kinds of fairy tale princesses on his face. It was hilarious! When we were walking everyone was staring at Zayn. We came across Liam and his girlfriend again. I learnt that his girlfriend's name was Sophia. She is really nice. They both were laughing so hard when they first noticed Zayn. Well Sophia was able to control her laughing a bit but Liam was another story. He was already on the ground holding his stomach laughing.

"Dude what the hell happened to your face?!" Liam asked still on the ground laughing.

"What?" Zayn asked confused.

"It looks like you entered a fairy tale and there all the princesses came and found shelter on that face of yours," Liam said finally trying to control his laughter. Now it was my turn to laugh.

When Zayn came to know what he looked like, he ran to the bathroom swearing. That was a real show. "I'm gonna make you pay back for what you did," Zayn whispered in my ear as soon as he came back. Shit. Liam and Sophia left after hanging out with us for some time playing some games and eating dinner. Sophia asked me to hang out with her some other time and she also told that she was going to make me meet a nice friend of hers. Liam was teasing and annoying Zayn all the time along about what happened. It was worth seeing Zayn's face but everytime that happened Zayn would look at me as if telling me to remember what he said earlier. Honestly I was damn nervous and on top of all that Niall was coming tonight. But I tried to hide my nervousness. God only knows what he is going to do.

Soon we had arrived at the airport. Niall's flight should be landing now. The whole ride was damn quiet. Zayn did not talk at all. Even the radio was turned off. He seemed quite in deep thoughts. That got me quite worried. Zayn led me inside. We just got inside when I noticed Niall. He opened his arms and I ran to him. He lifted me spinning me around.

"Hey cupcake!" Niall said.

"Niall I am so happy to see you! I missed you so much!" I said hugging him.

"I missed you too cupcake!" Niall said hugging me back.

I heard someone clearing their throat. I pulled away from Niall and saw Zayn. He looked so pissed off like he was ready to kill someone. Right. Wait, is he jealous? No. Seriously what is up with these strange mood swings?

"Are you going to even introduce me Lisa?" Zayn asked.

"Oh yeah. Niall this is Zayn my-"

"Boyfriend," Zayn said. What? I though we were over with this act, him pretending to be my boyfriend and all. Niall looked at me and I know that I will be bombarded with questions.

"So Niall where would you be staying?" Zayn asked.

"I haven't looked for an apartment yet so I'm going to stay with Lisa for some time until I find an apartment. I already told Lisa about it," Niall replied putting some papers which he had in his hand back in his bag. Oh I forgot to tell Zayn that! Niall told me that when he called me to tell me that he was coming. Zayn looked at me as if saying that he had another reason to make me pay back. Shit shit shit.

"I think we should get going now," Zayn said.

"Yeah let's go," Niall replied.

We headed back to the car. Again there was that weird slience. Surprisingly even Niall did not talk. He usually talks a lot and he seems to be always happy. He is from Ireland. He did not change at all. He is still the same Irish boy with blue eyes to die for and dirty blonde hair I knew.

"So cupcake how is life?" Niall asked.

"It's g-"

"Cupcake? Seriously what kind of nickname is that?" Zayn asked suddenly interrupting me. I mentally banged my head against a door. What is his God damn problem? Niall looked taken aback.

"Uh... I really like eating, like a lot and I also like Lisa a lot. She is my best friend since ever. That's why I thought that it'd be a nice nickname," Niall replied.

Nice answer, I thought. It was completely silent again. I looked at Zayn and saw that he was clutching the steering wheel too hard. His knuckles were even starting to turn white. Okay he seems really pissed off. We reached my apartment. Thank god we did not came across Harry or else I would not know what to do.

"Zayn make yourself home and come Niall I will show you the room you will be staying," I said walking towards the guest room. Niall was unpacking his stuff so I went down to see Zayn. When Zayn saw me coming he got up from the couch.

"Hey I got to go now it's late," Zayn said and before I could reply he grabbed me by the waist pulling me towards him and soon I felt his lips on mine. I was paralyzed. That lasted only a few seconds before he pulled away and was out of the door. That felt... Oh my god. I regained myself and turned around only to see Niall leaning against his room's door smirking. Oh no... I am not in the mood of questions right now.
