Tom walked into the yard as he saw Evie "hey" he called as she turned to face him and smiled slightly. He looked to her and frowned. He could tell that she wasn't herself and he was worried. He was worried over her "you okay, you seem off" he said as they stopped in the middle of the yard "I'm fine I'm just tried" she said as he grabbed a hold of her hand and smiled "you can talk to me whatever is going on with you" he said as she pulled out of his touch and sighed "someone might see us" she said as Tom frowned knowing it didn't normally bother her "so, what's going on Evie" "nothing it's just drama at home" she said as Tom nodded. He knew that she wasn't herself and he was worried. All that he wanted to do was be there and help her but he couldn't when she seemed to be pushing him away

Tom watched as Evie walked off and frowned. He knew her well enough to know that she was pushing him away and there was no way he was going to let it happen. He had to find out the truth. He walked over to bailee "sir?" She asked as Tom smiled "can you fall to Evie, I know you have your problems but she isn't herself and she is pushing me away and I was hoping that she would talk to you. Your her best friend after all" Tom said as bailee looked to him and smiled "I will try my best, I can't promise anything Evie is good at secrets you know after everything that she has been through" bailee said as Tom nodded knowing that bailee had a point and only hoped Evie would be okay

Evie sat in the common room and smiled as bailee walked in. Bailee looked to her best friend and frowned. She could tell that Evie wasn't herself and that Tom was right "can I talk to you?" Bailee asked as Evie smiled "sure" Evie said as bailee sat next to her "I know that your keeping something and if you don't want to tell me then that's okay but I want to talk to you over your dad" she said as Evie looked to her and frowned "what has he done" she asked as bailee sighed "its not what he's fine it's what he could do. I'm scared, I'm scared that I can't trust him and he will let me down" bailee said "he won't turn his back on his child, he didn't with me and he didn't think I was his daughter" Evie said as bailee looked to her and smiled

I love you, you know that" Tom said as Evie looked to him and sighed "I'm late, and I'm terrified" she said as tears rolled down her face as he hugged her and smiled "it's all going to be okay I promise" Tom said
