Learn to love again

Chapter 1

*One year later*

Sara’s POV

“Ok everything’s packed lets go!” I yelled down the hall to Maddi. Jerome had been invited to live at the team crafted house and now that we had everything transferred Maddi, Jerome, Enti, who had been living in Jerome’s dorm, and I were leaving. Jerome had to work it all out with Adam and he eventually said yes. I have a feeling that Jerome and Maddi are hiding something from me.

“Coming!” Maddi yelled and I heard a loud crash come from her room. She came out a minute later.

“Stupid bed!” She yelled and I smiled slightly.

“Let’s go!” Maddi yelled and we ran out the door then I noticed I wasn’t wearing the ring Mitch gave to me.

“You get the others I have to get something.” I said and ran back to the dorm as I hear Maddi yell and pound on Jerome and Enti’s door. I ran to my room and found it on my bed side table.

“I can’t forget you…you’re the only thing I have left of him.” I said quietly and I picked it up.

“I regret ever letting you go…and I regret playing with your emotions…I just wish I could see you again and make it all better…” I said quietly and a tear fell onto the ring. I held it close to my heart and closed my eyes.

“You were my everything…and I need to learn to love again…and so do you…” I whispered, opened my eyes and slid it on. I ran out of the room and wiped my face.

“There you are! Come on we’ll miss our plane!” Jerome said. We grabbed my bags and raced each other to the elevator, I one, and when we got downstairs we got to our cars and drove off.

When we got on the plane Maddi sat next to me and fell asleep instantly. I plugged in my earbuds into my phone once we were aloud to use electronics and I listened to 'The heart wants what it wants' by Selena Gomez on a loop. I have been listening to it for the last two months. I eventually fell asleep. I was then woken up by someone shaking me. I opened my eyes to see a stewardess. I turned my phone off and unplugged my earbuds knowing that she would tell me to. After waking Maddi up and telling her that the plane was going to land I took my ring off and just held it.

“So that’s what you went back for…your ring.” Maddi said and I nodded.

“Sara…” I knew what she was going to say but I stopped her.

“I know…just let me wear it…ok?” I said and she nodded. When the plane landed we woke Jerome and Enti up then got off the plane. When we got off we saw Adam.

“There’s the bacca!” Adam said and gave Jerome a hug. People stared at us.

“Hey can’t two men hug without being judged!? Move along people nothing to see here!” I yelled and they went back to there business.

“Hey Adam long time no see.” I said and gave him a hug. I introduced him to Maddi and Enti then we went and got our bags while catching up. When we got out of the airport we walked to Adam’s car and, after stuffing all the bags into the trunk, got in and Adam drove off. Adam whispered something to Jerome, who was sitting in the front. and looked at me through the rearview mirror.

“She doesn’t know yet.” Jerome whispered but I could hear him since he’s a little loud when he whispers. After we got to the house We got out and I smiled. It looked just like the pictures Jerome showed me. Some of my hair got blown into my face and I hide it behind my ear. We grabbed our bags and walked up to the front door. After Adam unlocked it we walked in and the first person I noticed was Jason.

“Hey Sara its been too long.” He said and smiled. I gave him a hug after placing down my bag.

“Way to long. It’s good to see you again Jason.” I said and we pulled apart. I saw the others sitting on the couches. I grabbed my bags and walked in and when I passed Jason he seemed worried slightly. When I got close Ian and Quentin waved to me.

“Hey Sara!” Ian Yelled and Ty nodded at me. But I saw the guys that was sitting across from Ian and Quentin freeze. He turned around, I froze and dropped my bags when our eyes met.

“Mitch…”
