Eva's pov:

"you can stop if you want , you don't have to continue"

" no its okay , I never told anyone about my story so ... let me finish it please , so after he took me with him , we lived in the middle of nowhere we weren't alone , there was at least another 15 men and a couple of women and children like me , at first I thought everything well be fine , the first day he told me that I will be homeschooled when I asked him why he said that its safer that way, I didn't understand what he meant and I probably didn't care since I was happy that I was with him now, i never stopped practicing material arts , with each day he will teach me something new , and since I have a lot of time of free time he bought me a lot of books to read like business management , politics , health , math , and of course computer science when my father found out that i had a good knack to the computers he got one of the guys who lived with us to teach me more, and in a couple of years I become one of the best hackers around , one day when I woke up in the middle of the night I heard voices coming from my dad study, I had never went to my dad study since i was banned from that area , i went to see what was going when i heard my dad talk to one of the guys about his business and that's when I found out that my father was the leader of a mafia , I was only 14 when i found out the truth , I acted as if I didn't hear a thing since I didn't know what to do , my dad kept training me like that until I turned 17 , and then he decided that it was time to finally use me "

"what do you mean use you ?" nick asked with a frown on his face

"well he decided to use me as an undercover spy, my first mission was to get inside a building and hack into the company so he can bring it down , he made sure to keep me of the front lines unless there was real trouble he would never use me until one day , he decided to bring a company down for one of his friends , he asked me to get the CEO's son and through him to hack into the company , of course I went with his plans since I didn't have much of a choice , that's when I met Jason knight

"Jason? that's how you know him ? what happened after that ? " i could sense fear and jealousy in his voice which made me smile a bit

"I met Jason and I was supposed to make him fall for me or something like that , but after talking with him and having some time with him , I started seeing him as a friend I could trust which made me realize I really don't want to hurt him , so I decided for once to do something I think is right , I took Jason to a place where I know no one can hear us or see us and I told him the truth , I told who am I , and what my dad is planning , I helped him to build a security system which my dad can't break into and when my dad figured everything out , he decided to punish me .... " i can't tell him about the abuse part it's just too much .

when Nickolas saw me go quit his frown grown deeper and he touched my trembling hand that was on the table "what did he do Eva ?"

"nothing he just punished me " I faked a smile hoping he would leave it be , and I continued talking

"after that I couldn't meet Jason anymore, I was banned from going anywhere, when I turned 18 my dad got killed in a fight which made the whole gang scatter, I had to run away , I took as much money as possible and ran away that's when he helped me" i can't tell him about Leo and the gang it's not my place

"he?"

"yes Leo , he saved my life , he took me in gave me a room to live in and kept me away from all the trouble outside and took care of my wounds since I was gravely wounded when I left , after a couple of month when Leo said it was safe to go out , I decided to go to college , and since I was really smart or because I was taught everything I need to learn I finished collage early,, at 22 some of my dad friends decided to try and bring me to their gangs but when I refused they tried to kill me , so I decided to hide for a while , which by the way took me longer that I thought it would be , and that is my story . so, what do you think isn't full of drama and action ?" I laughed a bit hoping to ease the tension

" no , I think you're really a strong woman Eva, your amazing woman full of surprises , and I am really grateful that I met you , you should be proud of what you have become inside of that chaos "

I do not know why but, in that moment, I could not help the tears that were welling up inside my eyes , it has been years since I cried , and I do not want to cry again

"thank you nick " I said with a smile

"for what ?"

"for not running away, for listening to me whining and , for anything and everything "

well guys I had extra time so I said why not write another chapter I hope you like it , next one will have more action in it , this one was more on the sad side , well anyway hope you like my surprise and I hope you like it
