today has been a headache right from the morning , it was Saturday and me and nick were asleep but at 10 o'clock a lot of noise started coming from downstairs , i lifted myself from the bed trying my best not to wake Nickolas up since he was working really late yesterday and decided to go and check on what's happening downstairs, i walked to the bathroom and took a fast shower after that i took my morning supplements which i usually take first thing in the morning to help my morning sickness after that i changed into a comfortable sweatshirt and pants , but the weather was cold in the morning so i wore a jacket to , when i got out of the bathroom Nickolas was up and he was checking his phone .
his hair was messy and his eyes were half closed as he rubbed them to be actually able to read the message he lifted himself up and leaned on the headboard , i couldn't help but feel mesmerized by his looks , he looks so beautiful that i actually can eat him up
"don't staring ?" all of a sudden nick's voice came through the room making me surprised that i was actually still staring at him , i chuckled slightly as i started moving towards him
"nope " i said while popping the p
"why don't you take a photo it will last you longer ?"
"no need , all mine " i said as i reached over to his side of the bed and pulling him closed to me so i can kiss him and devour his red rosy lips , but before i can touch those lips his hand slightly pushed me aside making me frown
"morning breath, it will worsen your morning sickness "
"i don't care , i want my kiss " i said to him taking control of him as i pulled him from his neck closer to me and smashing his lips against mine , it took us a couple of minutes before we pulled apart , i smirked at him as i stood up
"good morning love " he said as he stood up
"good morning.... " before i could finish i was interrupted by the sound of things falling on the ground i looked at nick with confusion
"what's that? there has been a lot of noise from early on ? i will go check " i left the room and walked downstairs to find both of Lenna and Joanna running around with another at least 5 people behind , some of the people were holding big bags that obviously had clothes in and other were holding make up cases and more stuff , i walked down the stairs slowly not wanting to be scolded first thing in the morning , i approached Lenna who was discussing some stuff with the people around her
"good morning Lenna"
"oh Eva sweetheart good morning , did we disturb your sleep? "
"no its okay , but first what going on ? and second Lenna you shouldn't be walking around like that , don't push your self right from the start "
"its okay , i am not pushing myself , i actually feel a lot better now , anyway lets go and sit in the dining room , so you can have your breakfast while we discuss some stuff about tonight " Lenna said while holding my hand and pulling me with her
"tonight? what's going on tonight ?" i asked with confusion all over my face
"oh please tell me that Nickolas told you about tonight's party ?"
"he actually didn't...."
"i didn't tell you because i didn't want you worrying about it and about all of its preparations, you already do more than enough at work " i looked at Nickolas who was getting closer , he looked freshened up while wearing something comfy and homey
"its my job nick , i am not playing around , i didn't even know that my own company is having a party, its embarrassing , i might not go at all that will be bett..."
"NO! you have to go " i looked at Lenna who shouted all of a sudden turning me speechless
"i mean , how can you miss it , its actually a party to welcome me back after almost 8 years , so you have to go " i nodded my head at Lenna who had a determinate look at her face after that me and nick and Lenna ate our breakfast in peace before the real torture began
Lenna had almost all of the dress from a famous shop brought home , she said she didn't want to tire me by going to the store so she brought the store to us or something like that.
so at 12 i had started trying on different dresses some of them were short and the other were ball gowns , Lenna said that ball gowns are more suitable so i started trying on some that could actually fit since i gained some weight , so we started to look for something that could hide my small bump which wasn't that visible to begin with , and finally after 2 hour of putting on and taking of dresses i found one that i actually like i fitted the dress with simple heels and bag and by the time at was 3 o'clock i felt my body screaming for a nap , so i did the first thing to come to my mind , i left all of the people that were helping Lenna to find a dress and went to my room to rest and by the time i woke up it was already 5 o'clock.
"hey sleepyhead " nick said as he sat by my side on the bed
"hey , did i sleep for long ?"
"nope only two hours "
"what two hours " i said jumping from the bed , but the moment i stood up i cursed my luck as i felt my head spin again , but before i could fall nick held me and helped me to sit down again
"are you okay love ?"
"yeah i am okay , i just moved to fast that's all " i nodded my head at him with a smile
"please be more careful " he said with a sad look in his eyes , i nodded my head
"i should go and start get ready , the make up artist should be here by now "
"yeah she has been sitting with my mom for an hour " i sighted as i stood up
"you should have woken me up "
"i tried but i couldn't do it , you looked tired "
"its okay , i will go and get ready , will see you soon okay " i smiled at him as i left a small kiss on his cheek and after that the war begun
it took me nearly two hours to get my make up and hair ready , they had given me a smoky eyes look with red lips and my hair was lifted in a neat bun to show shoulder blades after that i wore the dress that i chose , it was blue navy strapless dress with a big slit down my right leg , it was really big but so beautiful that i fell in love with it , after wearing my silver heels and silver earrings i took my purse and walked towards the living room were nick was waiting for me

"sorry to keep you waiting " i said when i reached the room , and nick was focused on his phone reading some stuff related to work , but the moment he lifted his head up , the look on his eyes showed love , passion, jealousy , and more importantly lust and hunger
