Eva's pov :

"i told you not to move from the bed , unless you want to get punished , so are you ready to taste my punishment " before i can say anything i heard the other end of the phone hang up , i looked down stairs to find him already gone, i remembered what he just said and i wondered what he meant by punishment , i hesitated for a bit before i turned around and walked towards the door , i left the room and slowly made my way towards the stairs , but before i could  take a step down , i saw nick coming up with one hand on the golden railing and the other in his pocket , our eyes met and for a second i felt my breathing hitch.

"you didn't just get out of bed and you dared to get out of your room and move around " i heard Nickolas's husky voice that had a bit of anger in it , while he approached me slowly  , which made him look even more sexy (god i need to stop drooling over him )

"i am bored " i sulked hoping that he would feel a bit bad and forgive me  

"oh really , and you think that's enough of an excuse that allows a sick person to get out of their bed "

"no , but i think that you shouldn't be punishing a sick person either" i said while taking a step back when i felt how close nick was , my heart was beating fast, that icould almost hear it coming out of its place 

"oh and what kind of punishment is my love thinking i will be giving her " Nickolas said while taking another step towards me , leaving me with no place to run , i was crammed between the wall and Nickolas 

"i don't know , something i wont like " i said the first thing that came to my mind , while putting my hands on nick's hard built chest and pushed him away , usually if i wanted to push him , it wouldn't be that hard , but the moment i touched him i felt all my power leave my body , and i just wanted to surrender to his smell , nick must have felt my how my body was reacting and all of a sudden i felt his chest viberating under my hands , i looked up and saw nick laughing and trying to hold it back as much as possible, slowly he stopped laughing but the wide smile was still plastered all over his face , he lifted his hand and caressed my cheek 

"sadly the kind of punishment i would like to use on my girlfriend , cant be used on a sickly person , that's why i will postpone this punishment until a different date " i felt my face burn up , and small blush crept on my face 

"but seriously Eva , please be more carful , your wound hasn't healed fully ,and your using a lot of medications , and god forbids if you caught another cold or any kind of virus what will happen" nick said with concern all over his face 

"uhm, got it , i will be carful " nick smiled and came closer and planted a kiss on my forehead which made me closed my eyes and hold his hands , slowly his gentle kisses reached my cheek and my closed eyelids which almost drove me crazy , the moment he approached my lips his phone started ringing , getting both of us out of our trance 

"pick it up , it might be important"

nick groaned as he got his phone out of his pocket he answered without looking at the id   

"speak!"

"MR. royal  please come to the hospital right away , the madam ...."

"what's wrong with my mother ?" nick almost screamed coldly which made my face fall and turn pale 

"the madam has regained her conscious"

Nickolas stopped moving his hand stuck mid air , while his pupils were wide  , i was scared prying that nothing had happened to his mother 

"nick what's wrong ?"  i called him but he didn't answer which made my frown deepen even more , i shook him a bit 

"nick your scaring me " all of a sudden nick eyes came back to life , he looked at me and smiled 

"Eva my mother , she wake up " it took me a second to understand what he meant , but when the words sunken in , i jumped on nick hugging him and screaming 

"omg nick that's amazing i cant believe this" nick hugged me tighter which made wince in pain a bit , nick felt it and let go right away 

" sorry did i hurt you ?"

" no i am okay , come on we need to go , your mother must be waiting too see you "

"oh right i should go , sorry " nick turned to leave but i held his hand back 

" i am coming with you, just give me a second to wear my shoes "

"oh no your not coming Eva , you need to rest , your not allowed to leave the house , and your not allowed in the hospital its full of versus and germs , your staying here "

"i didn't ask you, i am only telling you that i am coming , and that's finale "
