as the alarm was ringing for the fifth time i started to groan , not wanting to wake up , i just wanted to sleep , i heard a soft chuckle as i opened my eyes and was greeted with a well dressed Nickolas who was trying to fix his tie but couldn't
"morning sleepyhead , shouldn't you be at work before your boss?" nick said as he came and sat beside me on the bed , when i heard the word work i felt the sleepiness fade away , i shot up right away and sat in front of him
"i am going to work ?" i said with a smile on my face
"if you want to miss queens, i would like to have my assistant back "
"yes , oh yes i want to go back " i jumped oh nick giving him a big hug , he laughed a bit and patted my hair
"you should get ready , or we will be late " i nodded my head and jumped out of bed , but the moment i stood up , i felt the ground moving and my head started spinning , i almost fall to the ground but i leaned on the bed right away , nick stood up and held me by the waist
"what's wrong ? are you sick ? do you feel pain anywhere ? i will call a doctor ! wait you should sit down first " nick started blabbering with concern all over his face , he looked as if he was going to pass out from wariness , as i sat down with nick supporting me i touched his hand to calm him down
"i am fine nick, no need to panic "
"your not fine , you almost passed out "
"i only felt a bit faint , its probably because i moved to fast after sleeping for hours " i said to him hoping to calm his nerves
"you should get checked by a doctor , better be safe than be sorry " he tried to grab his phone from the stand but i stopped him
"i swear , i am okay , if it happens again i will call a doctor but now let me go get changed for work " i felt his face stiffen when he heard my words , i saw a look of hesitation in his eyes , i glared at him " i am going to work Nickolas , and that's final mister " he let out a sight before rubbing his temples
"okay but promise me , you will tell me if you feel bad again " i smiled as i stood up and hugged him and kissed his cheek
"i promise love , i will go get ready now " left and went to take a fast shower after that i dried my hair slightly and put on a simple make up , i went to my closet and choose a green lather skirt that goes under my knees with a white blouse and my favorite nude heels

i looked at the mirror , and fixed my clothes , i looked sophisticated and sexy yet elegant and like a bussnise woman , i admired my looks in the mirror for a while before i noticed that it was almost nine
"shit were gonna be late " i cursed under my breath as took my purse my purse and started runing downstairs , i saw Nickolas sitting with his mother on the breakfast table and both of them were smiling
"good morning Leena " i kissed her cheek while walking towards nick
"good morning honey , you look beautiful "
"thank you " i smiled towards her and looked at nick who was looking at me with a smirk on his face
"if your done checking me out , we should leave " leena let out a small chuckle as she was looking at us , i felt nicks hand pulling me to sit down
"eat your breakfast first "
"its okay i am not hungry , lets go were gonna be late "
"breakfast" nick said with a growl , while he pulled me down again
"i am not hungry nick "
"if you dont eat your damn breakfast don't even think of getting out of this house " nick said while he glared at me , daring me refuse again
"nickolas , she can at work if she isn't hungry don't be like that , she is just excited because its her first day at work after such a long break " Leena said when she felt the tension between us
"no mom , someone who almost fainted this morning , shouldn't be complaining about food , she should eat , and that's final "
i saw Leena look at me with concern all over her face " i am fine Leena , i just moved to fast after sleeping for a long time " i reassured her and after that i looked at nick who was still looking at me with a glare , i let out a sight as i sat down and started eating my food under both of their gazes , after 10 minutes i finished and both me and nick went to his car , and nickolas was of course mad at me, as we drove away , slipped closer to him and held his hand i looked at him with sad eyes
"are you mad at me ?" i asked but he ignored me
"i am sorry dont be mad " he ignored me again
"love please " he turned his head towards me and on his face i saw a faint smile that held warmneth
" you will take care of your self more right ?"
"yes i promise !" i almost jumped when i saw him smiling at me again , he held my hand and with the other hand he caressed my cheek as he slowly approached my face and kissed my lips gently
"you look stunning love" he came closer to my ear as he whispered " you should thank god that ben is in the car or you would be looking like a mess already " he smirked at me as he held my waist tighter
i tuched his biceps as i went to his ear and said
"i would like to see that happen , uhmmm i wonder how it feels doing in a car " i heard nick groan as i laughed out loud at his now gloomy face ...
