Andrew's POV
I woke up on a couch in a house I didn't recognize. My head was aching and my stomach hurt. I heard someone walking down the stairs and when I saw who it was I was I remembered some of what happened.

Oh no. I kissed Meredith Grey.

"Uhh... Dr. Grey?"
"Oh you're awake. Do you work today?"
"Yeah. I just wanted to say sorry for that last night."
"Yeah ok you need to get ready for work."
"Right yeah."

I know I probably shouldn't but I wanted to stay here for today and not work. But I got up and got ready. I wore the same clothes from yesterday and brushed my hair. Eventually we got into her car.

"Where is my car?"
"At Joe's."
"Right."

We didn't talk much for the rest of the car ride. When we got to the hospital I thanked her and got up to the residents lounge.

"Deluca!" It was Meredith.
"Yeah?"
"You forgot this." She handed me my watch.
"Thank you."
She smiled then left. I felt someone watching me and turned around and saw Dr. Helm.
"Hey Helm."
"Was that Mered-Uh Dr. Grey?"
"Yeah."
"Oh was she looking for me?"
"Um no. Me actually."
"Oh really. Why?" She was talking fast.
"I left my watch in her car."
"You were in her car?!" She said with a sad tone.
"Yeah I had a rough night last night."

In walked Dr. Bailey yelling, "TIME FOR ROUNDS!"
I was assigned to a case with Dr. Grey which made me nervous. I can't remember what happened last night but I'm sure she can. After we finished rounding she asked me, "Deluca are you on call tonight?"
"No."
"Well now you are. Monitor and check up on him every hour."
"Got it." She started walking away.
"Wait!" I said and tried to grabbed her arm.
"Deluca what?"
"Can you come with me?" I was staring into her eyes. She has really nice light blue eyes.
"Um I guess." I led her into a supply closet and shut the door.

"So what did you want to say?"
"Did anything happen last night because I'm really sorry if anything did. I was not in the right state of mind."
"Deluca I already said it's ok. I don't mind." What does that mean? "Just stop acting weird! Ok?"
"I'm sorry Dr. Grey."

<later that night>
in on call room
I tried to get some sleep as my head was still aching. In walked Dr. Grey, she had a sad look on her face.

"Meredith-Oh i'm sorry I meant Dr. Grey. Are you ok?"
"Yes I'm fine. And you don't have to call me that."
"Are you sure?"
"Deluca! Stop!" She said through gritted teeth.
"Ok sorry."

It got quiet for awhile. She got onto the bed underneath mine as it was bunk beds. All of sudden I heard a crying noise.

"Meredith?" She did not answer. I got down from my top bunk to see her. She was sitting up with her head in her hands. I sat down next to her and put my hand on her shoulder, rubbing her scrub.

"Deluca what are you doing? Stop it!" She said through tears.
"Not until you tell me what's wrong." I said.
"Ugh fine. I lost a patient that I've been treating for a long time."

Meredith eventually hugged me back. Her face neared in on mine. I leaned in to kiss her. She didn't kiss back at first but eventually she did. She pulled away.

"Andrew I-"
"What?"

Now she was the one who kissed me.  She put her hands on my shoulders and I put mine on her side.  That's when a pager went off. We both stopped and checked to see if it was an urgent page.

"Not mine." I said.
"It's not mine." She said confused.

"It's mine." A deep voice said in the dark. It came from across the room in the other set of bunk beds. Meredith immediately started freaking out.

"Hey hey I can explain..." She was trying to explain to whoever it was what was going on. The guy jumped down from his bunk and turned on the lights.

It was Dr. Webber. Woops.

"I'm so sorry Dr. Webber I didn't know-We didn't know you were here."

"I have a surgery." He said as he walked out. Meredith first looked scared and then started laughing.

"What? Why are you laughing? I'm scared." I said genuinely.
"Maybe later." She then laid down right there. I pushed her off my leg then went back up to the top bed.
