Chapter 24

"Just sign this and the car is all yours," The man told us, we are getting a car that's quite expensive it has air conditioning, so we don't die from the heat.

"If a cute girl like you asked for a car I would totally get you one" Polnareff is flirting with some gold digger.

Joseph hit him with some paper making his hair look like the top part of a pineapple "I hate to interrupt your business."

"HEY!!" He yelled.

"Let's go" I called out to them both.

"You messed up my hair" Polnareff complained.

"It looks better now than it did before," I told him honestly.

I sat in the back with Jotaro and Kakyoin "What's up Kakyoin?" Jotaro asked because he groaned.

"Nothing I'm just enjoying the view but I just can't shake the feeling we are being watched" He admitted.

"Can't blame you I feel the same" Polnareff added.

"We are gonna go to this village buy a Cessna and use it to fly over the Saudi Arabian desert" Joseph showed us on the map he is using.

"If it's the quickest route then I'm happy," I told him my opinion.

"I will also be piloting the plane" Joseph added.

"We are gonna die" I predicted.

"You have been in three plane crashes I'm not to excited to get in a Cessna with you" Jotaro held up three fingers.

Joseph just stared at us annoyed "Well anyway first thing we need to do is cross this desert by camel."

"I have never ridden one!" Polnareff freaked out.

"I know how to ride one I will teach how to," Joseph said with confidence.

I'm nervous because I have never seen him actually ride a camel he has only ever had a staring contest with one before and then it spat on him.

We found someone who has camels "For the payment will you take this car!?" Joseph asked.

"He's awful at trading," I sighed.

"Sir that is far too much!" He exclaimed.

"Yeah, Mr Joestar we just bought it!" Polnareff tried to convince him not to trade it.

"It's easy to trade with that's why I brought a fancy car" Joseph explained while laughing at our expressions.

The guy accepted the deal, and we took a couple of tanks of water as well.

"Why are there only four?" I counted all the camels.

"Because your riding with Jotaro" Joseph grinned at me.

"Now let me show you how to ride one you just gotta make it sit then hop on" He grabbed the leash of one of the camels.

He tugged the leash but the camel kept its head up and Joseph used his whole weight to try and bring it down, but it didn't work "Any second now!" He is now hanging off of it.

I then got an apple for one of them and held it out and it went down to eat it and I got onto it's back "See that's how you do it!" Joseph pointed at me and I sighed.

"Joseph I have never seen you ride a camel before when did you learn to ride one?" I asked.

"When we watched that really long movie, Lawrence of Arabia" He smiled at me.

"Oh my god, you fell asleep during the three times we watched it," I told him.

"A movie!?" Polnareff yelled.

The boys copied what I did and Jotaro got on behind me "Look amazing sunscreen" Joseph showed he got spit on by a camel.

"Onward northwest!" Joseph yelled once we were all ready and the camels went in the opposite but it was the right direction.

"Charlotte do you have anything to cover yourself with?" Kakyoin asked.

"No, sadly I forget" I rubbed my head nervously then everything went black "Did I just die?"

I heard Kakyoin and Polnareff laugh and a yare yare daze. Then I could see everything again Jotaro had taken off his jacket and put it over my head to cover my body.

"Thank you but will you be okay?" I looked up at him.

"Yeah" He put some sheet over his head like Kakyoin's to protect himself from the heat.

Kakyoin said that he is feeling like we are being watched "Jotaro look around" Joseph asked of him.

Jotaro got out his binoculars and leaned them on my head while he looked through them and had Star help him see better "I don't see anything but something is weird."

"Let's just go!" Polnareff complained.

"We will keep going until the sun sets, and then we will make a camp for the night," Joseph told us the plan.

"Eight o'clock!" Joseph checked the time "Charlotte check yours."

"It's eight o'clock, what the hell!?" I said out loud.

Everything started to get hotter and the sun started to look weird "That must be a stand!" Jotaro yelled.

"Hide behind a rock!" I yelled and pulled Jotaro with me off the camel we found a rock with some shade behind it but it's still really hot.

"If this keeps up all night long we will boil alive like a fresh octopus!" Polnareff made a weird comparison.

"The camels are gonna die" I pointed at them.

"The user has to be nearby" Jotaro groaned.

We all started breathing heavily and the camels collapsed "I will have Hierophant green look around" Kakyoin told us.

"Call it back!" I yelled once something was shot at his stand.

"Emerald spla-" He was attacked before he could attack it. We pulled him down as the rest of the attack hit the rock.

"I'm making a hole in the ground get in!" Jotaro yelled and once Star made a hole I helped Kakyoin in.

"That attack was aimed perfectly the user has to be somewhere!" Polnareff told us.

"You're being to loud" Joseph complained "OH NO!!" He saw his water bottle has a hole in it.

"Yeah we are too loud," I said back to him.

Kakyoin started laughing "He lost it" I held up my hands and Jotaro got my attention and pointed at something I noticed why they are laughing and started laughing myself.

Polnareff joined in to "OH MY GOD!! THE HEAT FRIED THEIR BRAINS!!" Joseph yelled.

"No Mr Joestar look over there and now there" Kakyoin pointed at the rocks.

"Excuse me" Jotaro and me got out.

"Oi, your gonna get attacked!" Joseph warned.

"Don't worry," I told him as an attack came at us I used Protector to send fire at it stopping the attack from hitting us while Jotaro had Star throw a rock at the user.

The mirror cracked "What the air cracked?" Joseph was confused.

"Gramps seriously?" Jotaro sighed.

"Your brain must be fried because of the heat," I told him as I walked over to the mirror.

We then saw the night sky as the stand had disappeared we checked the guy to find out he has air conditioning and some water we took it with us.

"Does this mean we have already beat him?" Joseph asked.

"Yeah" I yawned.

"But we never found out his name or the stand's name," Joseph told me.

"Then his name is Sunny and his stand's name is Killer Heat," I told him.

"Those aren't creative names" He complained.

"Then you come up with names," I told him.

"His name is Ugon and his stand's name is Hulllllllo" We all just gave him a weird look "What? It fits."
