Chapter 30

"Welcome foreigners, what would you like?" The bartender asked us.

We have been looking for the building Dio is hiding in but we have had no hope so far "Have you seen this building?" I held up the picture.

"This is a cafe I would like you to order something miss and the sirs aswell" He looked to them.

"I would like to order some information" I told him and he shook his head "Had to try."

"Five iced teas" Joseph ordered and Avdol put down the money.

He gave us our drinks, and we all downed them "Don't recognise it" He turned away from us.

I showed some more people the picture but none of them recognised it "Sorry for bothering you" I apologised.

"Let's go to the next place," Joseph told us, and we were gonna leave until someone spoke up.

"I know that building" We all went over to him he has a deck of cards on him, and he's sitting in the corner of this place.

"Please tell us where it is!" Joseph slammed his hands down onto the table.

"You want me to tell you for free?" He asked.

"Sorry about that" Joseph held out some money.

"You wanna play a game don't you?" I asked because he was fidgeting with the cards.

He smirked at me "I love gambling, so you're right I want to play a game so would you like to play a little wager with me? I will tell you where that place is for free of you win."

"I don't mind but we don't have much time to play poker right now," Joseph told him.

"Gambling won't take any time, for example, see that cat?" He threw some smoked fish "Do you think it will go for the one on the left or the right?"

"Your annoying me! Hurry up!" Polnareff yelled at him.

He laughed at him "Okay I choose the one on the right!" Polnareff decided.

"Then I shall wager left" He smirked.

"Jotaro Charlotte isn't he rather suspicious?" Avdol whispered to us.

"Yeah, he has weird metal bits on his cheeks so he definitely looks like a stand user" I replied.

"He could just be a compulsive gambler" Jotaro added.

"Watch him with Star Platinum" Avdol told him, and he nodded.

"I will take your soul if I win how does that sound?" He asked and Polnareff groaned.

"Sure fine" He answered, and we watched the cat it went for the left one and then took the right one.

"I am a stand user that steals souls, gambling makes it easy for me to steal them" Polnareff's soul was taken out of his body by a stand and turned into a chip that is used for gambling.

"No killing me!" He stopped Jotaro "If I die his soul dies along with me."

Avdol caught his body, and we could see he is dead we put him in a chair at one of the tables near us.

"My name is D'Arby and this is my cat" The cat jumped onto his shoulder.

"It must be your only friend" I smiled at him "Avdol don't" I held him back from punching D'Arby.

Joseph went over to the table knocked everything off and placed down a cup and filled it nearly all the way with whisky.

Joseph sat down "Have you ever heard of surface tension Barbie?"
