EVERYONE WHO WATCHES YOUTUBE AND ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO ARE CONTENT CREATORS NEED TO BE AWARE OF THIS.
The video is kind of long but I'm begging you, please watch it. I have to private several of my videos due to blurry lines and I might have to delete my channel straight up. Our platform is in MAJOR DANGER and most people still don't know.
This is a really scary topic and time. Everyone be aware and keep up to date on this as it develops, for your sake and the sake of your favorite creators.
If there is enough interest I will summarize it in another chapter as best I can; I've done some reading into the terms of service and a bit of COPPA and seen several videos on it so I have a decent idea of how to explain it but word needs to get out!!
Spread the word, please you guys. This isn't just some small update; gaming channels, animators, make up artists, toy unboxers, story time channels, even if you so much as include a cartoon in a thumbnail, you are in danger of being SUED if you are unaware of this situation.
