Soft snores escaped Sana's parted lips as she slept placidly. Her cheeks red and eyes swollen.
After arguing with the DSS worker for what felt like hours, while also speaking with her boss personally, Hoseok earned legal guardianship over Sana until a family is willing to adopt her. Of course, he has to sign lots of paper work and go to court to make sure he is surely eligible. For now, he has the paper work out of the way and Seoyun will contact him with a court date.
Currently, Hoseok's on his way to his home, debating how he was going to tell Sana that she'd be living with him from now on. The young girl didn't know since Hoseok had given her some headphones and his phone to help her calm down.
Regret was slowly creeping into his veins and he didn't like the feeling. What if she didn't want to live with him? What if it was really weird? Will she hate his home? Wait, what was she going to wear?! The only clothes he had at his place were some of Changmi and Katsumi's, and the twins are younger than Sana.
"Aish," Hoseok sighed aloud, stopping at a red light, "It's okay, Hoseok, you're going to be fine," no cut appeared on his body, which eased his built up anxiety.
Soon enough, he reached his apartment complex. He took a deep breath as he turned to Sana, who was still asleep. He slowly nudged her, this only causing a groan to fall out of her lips. With a small smile, Hoseok nudged her again, which woke her up.
Sana jolted awake, the female's eyes wide as she examined her surroundings. She had no clue where she was.
"Where am I?" she asked, looking over at Hoseok who had a sheepish smile on his face.
Hoseok rubbed the back of his neck, "My home," he told her, which only had Sana raising an eyebrow in confusion, "I took legal guardianship over you, so you wouldn't have to go through the foster system and be stuck in a foster home. Y-you'll basically live with me until a family wants you, which sounds wrong but that's how it is. It won't be that weird or anything! I have a spare room, which is my office but that can change-"
"Hoseok," Sana called out, a small smile settling on her lips, a grateful smile, "thank you." she expressed her gratitude towards him by reaching over the console and hugging him tightly.
The two walked up the stairs to get to Hoseok's apartment, Sana hugged herself as she went, still not coming to terms with her aunts passing. She couldn't believe she was actually gone, that she would never be able to hear her voice, or feel her arms wrapped around her in a warm embrace, or have her lull her to sleep.
"Sana," Hoseok called out, the male crouching in front of her. Sana didn't even realize she had started crying. "It's okay, you can cry, love." the word slipped out before he could stop it.
Said female nodded, her eyes filling with tears, her cheeks quickly decorated in streams of water. She hugged Hoseok, her arms wrapped tightly around his neck as she hugged the life out of him. "I miss her," she mumbled in his ear, her words made Hoseok nod with understanding.
"I know."

Yoongi pounds on the door with his fist, the sound startling Seokyoon slightly; though the little boy shrugged it off afterward, he didn't mind loud noises if he knew they were coming.
The elder male heard rushed footsteps on the other side of the door, a frazzled Suran soon opening it. Her hair was up in a bun and she was wearing her pajamas. Given it was only noon on a Saturday.
"Yoongi?" she wondered aloud, her eyebrows furrowed, "what're you doing here? Seokyoon isn't meant to be with me until tomorrow?"
Yoongi gave her an mischievous smile, the father looked at his son and said, "Baby, go to your room, mommy and dada need to talk."
Seokyoon didn't have to be told twice, the young boy already wobbling over to his room and shutting the door after. Seokyoon may be small, but he likes his door closed when he's playing with his toys.
"Talk about what?" Suran inquired as Yoongi walked into her home, the house he paid for.
The elder male stared at her, his arms behind his back as he stated, "I'm not staying away from Hoseok or keeping him away from Seokyoon," Suran's expression changed to one of annoyance.
She opens her mouth to speak, but Yoongi beats her to it.
"Take me to court if you want," he walked closer to her, Suran only tilting her head back, the rest of her body stayed in place, "because we both know who'd win."
Suran furrows her eyebrows, genuine confusion laced in her features. That is, before she realizes what Yoongi is getting at. Her eyes widen as she sputters, "Y-you wouldn't, you won't."
Yoongi licks his lip before smirking, "Really? Because last time I checked," he walked around the house, moving his hands as he did, "I paid for this house, I make more money then you, my boyfriend doesn't have a criminal record, unlike yours. Hoseok is a therapist and works with children, if he couldn't be around them because of his scars he wouldn't work with them. I also have done nothing wrong in my 24 years of being a human on this Earth. So, tell me, Suran, who'd win?"
The female clenches her jaw, knowing very well what Yoongi was saying is the truth. She would look like a clown if she ever tried to take Yoongi on in court, she knows he'd win.
The elder only laughs, walking over to Seokyoon's room and knocking, "Seok, baby, let's go." the young boy runs into his fathers arms, a gummy smile on his face.
"Bye mommy!" he shouts gleefully as he waves goodbye to his mother.
Yoongi gives her a teasing smile, "Bye, Suran."
Once she knows they're both gone, she allows herself to shout out of frustration.
Don't fuck with a Min.
