Hoseok's eyes widen tenfold when he opens his apartment door to a crying, and also furious, Min Yoongi.

On instinct, he pulls the elder male into his embrace, this action only causing more tears to slip from Yoongi's already blood shot eyes. His cries cause Hoseok's heart to crack open, with every octave of his sobs Hoseok's heart cracks more and more. The front door of his  home is already closed and locked.

All he did was hold Yoongi, the elder male's head leaning on his chest as he held him. Hoseok's hand was caressing his hair, he whispered sweet nothings into his lovers ear. Hoseok wasn't going to ask what was wrong, or what happened, until he knew Yoongi was ready to tell him.

Don't misread the situation, Yoongi isn't crying because he's extremely sad, yes, he is upset, but his tears are not out of sadness. His tears are being powered by fury, rage, and all synonyms that go along with that emotion. Right now, the number one person Min Yoongi hates is Shin Suran, he can't believe that she actually has the audacity to try and keep him away from their child.

So, Yoongi went to the number one place he calls home, Hoseok's arms. He needed the younger male right now, he needed that comfort, he needed the warmth Hoseok always seemed to provide; even on the coldest of nights.

Eventually, Hoseok guided Yoongi to his living room couch, the two sitting down. Hoseok still held Yoongi, as if the elder were a crying child. Yoongi's head was still leaning on his chest, the two in a sort of straddling position, Hoseok's arms wrapped around his waist as he let the blond haired male cry on him.

Soon enough, Yoongi composed himself to the point he was no longer crying and he could control his breathing. He lifted his head from Hoseok's chest, now staring the dark haired male in his beautiful brown eyes, the eyes Yoongi could get lost in any day.

Yoongi cupped Hoseok's face, pulling the younger male closer to him and connecting their lips; he needed this. The moment Hoseok's lips made contact with his own, he could feel the tension stored in his body disappear. He could feel Hoseok's hands on his waist, rubbing soft circles through the fabric of his t-shirt. The kiss wasn't fast, nor was it full of lust, it was tender, full of all the love the two had for one another. Which is a lot.

"What happened, my love?" Hoseok asks once their lips separate, his eyes looking into Yoongi's teary ones.

Yoongi bites his lip to stop himself from crying all over again, a wave of anger and sadness going over him, "I-i-"

"Shh," Hoseok shushs him, pulling Yoongi back into his embrace. He can clearly tell the elder doesn't want to, and isn't ready, to speak about what happened yet. Plus, he doesn't want his boyfriend hurting his throat from crying all over again.

It took an hour, lots of cuddling, comforting, and hot chocolate for Yoongi to get the point where he could talk without an urge to cry taking over his whole body. The two were still on the couch, though now they were both sitting on opposite sides, Yoongi wrapped in one of Hoseok's blankets while holding a mug of hot chocolate.

"Suran threatened to take me to court over custody of Seokyoon," Hoseok's eyes widened like a deer caught in head lights, his body automatically tensing.

"What the fuck, why?"

A sudden internal debate took over Yoongi's mind, he was debating whether to tell Hoseok the reason why Suran did what she did. He knows Hoseok is going to feel some type of way about it, even though it isn't his fault, the male will make it seem like it was. Though, Hoseok can tell when Yoongi's lying and will eventually figure out the true reason either way.

He decided to tell the truth.

"She doesn't want you around Seokyoon," Yoongi told him, watching as Hoseok's expression became one of a hurt puppy; this breaking Yoongi's heart completely, he doesn't like seeing Hoseok upset.

Everytime Hoseok is upset it feels like Yoongi's world has turned upside down and was left in an eternal darkness, if the sun is upset there is no light.

Hoseok pouted slightly, looking at his boyfriend and saying, "W-why? What did I do?"

"Nothing, baby, I promise it's not your fault," Yoongi insisted, placing the mug down and taking Hoseok's hand in his own, "she made up a bullshit reason, saying how she doesn't want Seokyoon to see all your scars and wonder why he doesn't have ones like that or I don't and she doesn't."

Subconsciously, Hoseok's hand caressed his arm, his fingers delicately grazing over the light scars of his attempted suicide and past marks. He couldn't help but feel guilty, just like how Yoongi predicted, Yoongi's in a fight with his childs mother because the elder wants to be with him. That hurt, the fact that his past mistakes were the cause of Yoongi going through something like this, hurt.

Yoongi continued, "She didn't give me Seokyoon for my week because she doesn't want me around you. I told her I don't care what she says and that i'll let Seokyoon around whomever I please because i'm the father, I have just as many rights as she does,   and that's when she said it-"

"Maybe we should take a break," Hoseok suggested, the words coming out before his mind could process them.

Yoongi felt his breath leave his body, he blinked rapidly before saying, "What?"

Hoseok sighed, "I don't want to be the reason you lose your kid, Yoongi. I'm only suggesting-"

"I won't! Hoseok, please, we've been through so much and I don't want to lose you all over again because of this!-"

Yoongi's words of protest were cut off when Hoseok pulled him in for a kiss, the younger males lips meeting with his in another tender, love filled, kiss. This kiss was reassuring, something Yoongi needed at the moment.

"I don't want to lose you either," Hoseok said, the couples foreheads leaning against each other, "but if you and Suran really do go to court, she can't say that you were with me despite her wishes for you not to be, if you're really not. I'm not saying I want to break up with you, because I don't, but until this whole situation is sorted out, maybe we should take a break, Yoon."

Tears filled Yoongi's eyes once more, because he knew Hoseok was right, and he hated that the younger male was. His hateful emotions towards Suran increasing, he could potentially lose Hoseok from all of this and that's the last thing he wants.

"Baby," Hoseok whispers, holding Yoongi's face in his hands and forcing the elder to face him, "we'll be okay," he assures, his words the complete truth. This only proven further when Hoseok didn't get a cut for saying them.

Yoongi nodded, pulling Hoseok by his shirt and kissing him again, with a bit more force this time. When he pulled away, Yoongi whispered, "Okay."

We're going to be okay, Yoongi reassures himself as he stares at Hoseok, a lump forming in his throat when he realizes he'll be away from Hoseok all over again. Before he looks away to start packing his things to leave, he tells himself something else that only powers his determination to get this whole situation settled.

You're not losing him again.
