You breath in the forest air as you open your eyes. Taking in the lush green and brown forestry all around you, the slight smell of wet and rotting wood going through your nostrils, which made sense as it had just stopped raining. You laid a hand on the wet soil as you crouched down, steadying your stance as you look closely through the tree's and bushes ahead of you. You saw no rapid or sudden movement, only the leaves being swayed by the gentle afternoon wind. You sigh in frustration, you couldn't feel your awareness skill activate, meaning that your target wasn't here. Activating your Tracking skill earlier didn't help either, as there were no traces of anything remotely resembling your targets tracks withing the general area.

You decide to go for a more

U/N: Think you can give me any help here Omega?

Omega: Well, I can't feel anything threatening around us right now, meaning that it isn't here yet. What about your little dragon? He smell anything?

U/N: Nah, he would've growled if it was near. So it's probably not around just yet. And if he can't find it, I doubt my tracking skill could either, even though it's maxed out past first mastery class.

You lift your hand off the ground and stroke Natsu, who was perched on your shoulder, acting as a lookout, as you had previously instructed, he purrs at your affection. You rest your left knee on the ground, still silently observing the area for any movement.

Omega:*sighs* I still think this isn't necessary, you don't need another beast to tame, you've already got the red featherball here, and that horse that you picked up last month.

U/N: Hey, the system gave me this ability to use as a reward for maxing out my taming skill. I'm gonna make a use for it, besides...a beast like this one? It would be really helpful here.

Omega: Hey, I'm just saying, I'd prefer not having good Col spent on another enclosure to install at the cabin, that single stable was expensive man.

U/N: Since when have you cared about my financial stability?

Omega: I don't, and I never will. I just think you should concern yourself with spending your money on weapon improvements than a housing for a pet.

U/N: Trust me Omega, with something like this by our side. It'll be extremely worth it, and more. Besides...I've still got plenty of Col left even after buying that stable AND paying that Floor 1 skill reallocation thing.

Omega: Eh...yeah, I guess you're right. Just wanted to add my two cent in.

U/N: It's cool, I appreciate your advice.

You re-focus onto the treeline, resuming your search.

To give out some context as to why you were currently out here in a forest, watching this specific area of treeline and forestry, was in order for you to look for a new beast to tame.

Now, normally this wouldn't be possible. A Beast Tamer would only be able to tame one type of creature to be it's familiar, if they were to try to tame another one, the previous familiar would abandon it's old owner in order for the new one to be tamed and used. That would be the case for players in the beginning of a Beast Tamer build. But that wasn't the case for you. Cause you had managed to completely max out your taming skill for the Master Skill:
