Evergreen Forests.
12:00 PM.
Current Level: 69.
The forests were quiet, the only sounds being that of birds chirping and the running of far away rivers. Other than that it was dead quiet. But the peace was soon disrupted by the sound of footsteps. Two players, clad in black and red armor are walking through the brush and and foliage of the forest, their conversation safe and loud in the peaceful forests.
Red Player 1: A whole day and 5 hours, still nothing. Where the hell are they?
Red Player 2: They're somewhere out here, they wouldn't just leave out of the blue.
Red Player 1: We changed our camp to the waterfall, they may have gotten lost trying to find it.
Red Player 2: They would've gone back to the old camp then, and the previous patrol said they weren't any traces that they had come back. And they hadn't made the curfew yesterday either, In other words their lost.
Red Player 1: eh, I wouldn't be surprised, this is a big forest. And they're aren't any enemies.... you know what? They've probably gone to Either Elite Haku's base on the front lines or our stronghold. They'll probably find our base from there, we'll see 'em soon, probably.
Red Player 2: And when they do they'll probably get chewed out by Sub-Leader Tiares, she's been on edge since Sub-Leader Ajax's death and the capture of Titan's Hand. She's in no mood to deal with lost patrols.
Red Player 1: That group is the one with the old man right? *chuckles* I'd pay good Col to see the boss and the old man square it off.
Red Player 2: If they ever come back, you might just see that happen, my money would be on the geezer though.
Red Player 1: Yeah, I doubt the boss would last very long up against that bastard!
The two red players laugh at their banter. Continuing to walk through the forest, and passed under a small passage of trees. Not noticing the red dragon high up in the branches above them, watching them as they pass by. He let out a soft cry, alerting his owner.
*U/N POV*
You observe through Natsu's eyes, watching and listening in on the two red players below him. You were just a few feet away from the passage, literally on the outside of the passage, prone on the ground. Covered by the surrounding grass and bushes, you saw the red players exit out the passage and continue along through the forest, you crawl along behind them, following them back to their base.
U/N: They'll follow Percival and his dogs to their deaths but they'll disrespect them huh? Ironic.
You follow them for another 10 minutes, listening carefully to what they said, it could lead you to important things, such as information of Erca-Tor and locations of the other Elites, but what you got was simple talk about Tiares and the surrounding area. It was still useful though, they did mention the other 2 patrols roaming about. The two killers stopped walking upon reaching a riverside. They set down their weapons and sat on two large rocks. You silently crawl under a log with space underneath, still concealed by the surrounding vegetation, but with a clear view of your targets. You observe as they continue to talk. But at some point, you couldn't help but feel like you recognised the voice of the second red player, but you couldn't tell from where, but you didn't really care about that right now.
