*Jaylen's P.O.V*
I need Cindy to answer her phone. She's declining my calls because she thinks I'm mad at her. I just didn't know how to react to that and the way I found out about it. That's not her fault and I'm excited. I'm just mad at the fact she's been hiding it from me. It hurts me that she's been hiding it from me actually. I love her and we're supposed to be in this journey together but she kept something this important from me.

I called her again as I walked around the mall looking for her when she finally answered.

*Phone Conversation*
"Hello," I said to her into the phone but all I heard was her breathing and quiet sniffles

"Listen Cindy I know you think I'm mad.... but I'm not. I'm hurt but I'm not mad." I told her

"Why are you hurt Jaylen."

"Because you kept something this important from me. We in this together you shouldn't have been dealing with the stress and worrying about telling me this long."

"I was scared. I didn't know how to tell you or how you would react. Look at what you did when I told you."

"I know and I'm sorry about that, that was just because of the way I found out. I was shocked and didn't know how to react. But I do know I'm not mad at you. I love you and I'm happy we're gonna finally start a family together." I said as I smiled

"I love you too but what are we gonna' do? We gotta' start doing things different now. We can't bring a child into this lifestyle. I'm not gonna' be able to be there for you and be the down chick you need me to be. This is going to hold me back a lot and I just don't know if we're ready for that yet."

"We don't really have a choice Cindy. We're parents now and it's time to start preparing for this baby."

"We've already started building the baby's room so that's one thing we don't have to worry about." Cindy laughed

"We're not gonna worry about anything. I'm gonna' take care of us. You can just sit back and relax from now on. You can quit your j-"

"Aht aht. Let me stop you right there because I'm not finna be one of those women who get pregnant and quit their job to be cooped up in the house all day. That's depressing and plus I just got the job 3 weeks ago I can't just quit like that. That'll ruin my reputation of working."

"You've already taken a long break form your job and you're gonna' take another big break from your job on maternity leave so you might as well just stay home and let me take care of you."

"Ok Jaylen we can talk about that some other time. Right now let's talk about how we're finna' tell everyone and when are we going to start doctors appointments."

"We'll tell whoever don't know when we start going to doctors appointments and making sure our baby is healthy first. We'll start doctors appointments as soon as we touch down back home. We'll just have to leave a lil earlier than we planned. But that's ok. You can't wait that long we need to be making appointments as soon as possible."

"I can start our appointments down here and get them faxed back home."

"Ok we can do that. Start making those arrangements and let me know when you schedule it so I can be there. Where you at anyways?" I asked

"Behind you at the food court." She said

I turned around and there she was stuffing fries in her mouth. I shook my head, laughed and hung up the phone and started walking to her.

*End Phone Conversation*

"You know... I kind of already knew because of how big you've gotten." I said leaning down and touching her stomach
