*Corys P.O.V*

Yo! When they walked in the room everyone in there got silence except the nurses and the doctors. One lady even slapped her son because he asked why everyone else got quiet. Aniyah walked in with the most respected people in the city. There's only 1 group of fools that try to compete or even try to be on the same level with them. Every one of them just stood there looking at each other because in a way we all know each other. I got my history and secrets but so does every one else in the room, but no one even dares to speak on them. Well, everyone but Aniyah. I just cringe every time I think about it.

"Cory?" Aniyah called as I just kept my head down

"Did you hear her Cory?" The leader said which caused me to look up then.

"Yes, Aniyah." I said to her

"That's better" he mumbled.

Aniyah just looked at him as he was confused about what he did wrong.

"What are you doing here? And what happened to your hand." she asked

I couldn't do anything but look at Aubrie and point at Kya and put my head back down.

"How you know Kya?" Jacob asked

"Just a friend." I said looking up.

"Aye, what's up Ant." Tevin said.

"Nothing man here with my girl. Just trying to make it you know." He replied

"That offer always on the table." he said looking at Brie and Ant

"Fasho" he replied.

"How you know my sister Jacob?" Aubrie and Brie asked.

Aniyah's P.O.V
"We j-" Jacob started to say but I soon cut him off.

"G.R.O.W.N" I said.

"And wait why is Kya here" I asked.

"That's that hoe sister." Aubrie said bluntly.

"OH, hell naw, and Cory you with her? I should beat yo ass" she said trying to walk up to Kya, but Jacob stopped her.

"Babe, don't worry about ha. That Gonorrhea gone get ha ass." Jacob laughed.

Cory just looked at her and scooted away from her a little more.

I couldn't even be serious that shit was funny as hell. We all laughed and everyone in the waiting room seemed to hear that because we had everyone laughing. I have a lot of questions to ask right now.

I cant even think straight to even begin asking them. It's too much going on right now. But most importantly why am I here and why couldn't she say over the phone. See everyone got off track and missed what we really needed to be discussing.

3 hours later

We still in here and no one has told me what's wrong with my mother. I've been worried the whole time. On the verge of a nervous breakdown if you ask me. This brings Bl- noooooo i had to instantly had to kill that thought and try to remain calm. I guess Jacob caught on to my actions because he came closer and held me tighter. Lord, I don't want to move too fast but I feel like Jacob is different. He was honest with me about everything and we instantly connected.

I really appreciate you bringing him in my life today but I need help and guidance to make the right decisions from here on out. To make the right decisions with Jacob, my future, future decisions, future friends, and family. I just need your help and guidance right now and for you to lead the way is all I ask. I need you now more than ever I feel as if I'm at my lowest right now. I've had a good day and I really don't want any bad news coming out of this hospital today.
