The next day my mind was made up, I had to have a fresh start start with everything. (New number, new place, finish school, and get a job ASAP). First, I caught a ride to the public library. Walking up to the librarian, "Excuse me, how can I get a library card to use the computer?" "Do you have an Identification card, young man?" Digging through my back pocket, I pulled it out an handed I to her. In return, she handed me a clipboard to fill out .

Looking around, I took a seat in the wooden chair. After I filled out the front page, I just knew I was done. The librarian had to have been watching me, because when I got up quickly she asked," Did you fill out the front and back?" Flipping the sheet over, I sighed. I had never had a reason to go to the library or get a library card, so I was new to this. Sitting back in the same seat, I went on to fill out the back part of the seat. As I scanned over the front and back, I got up to hand I to the librarian. "Thank you, now all you need to do is go find an available computer," she told me while handing me my library card. The library was not very crowded, which meant I hope I could get to a computer easily.

Finally! I had found a computer, I quickly typed my number into it bringing me to the main screen. Clicking on the internet explorer icon, I typed in Good Highschool's in Houston, Texas. A variety of school's popped up on the screen, but one school caught my eye : Lamar Highschool. Clicking on the school, I read the school's review. I was impressed to say the least, I took their contact information down then clicked off the page. Sitting there, I thought ....that wasn't the only thing I came for. Then it hit me, I need to look for an apartment. As I clicked the internet back up, I typed in Reasonable priced apartments in Houston, Texas. The first thing on the list, I saw was Greens point, curiously I clicked on the apartments. I put the apartment's address and info in my phone, and then left the library for the day.

When I was outside I walked to the bus stop, to catch a ride back to the hotel. When I made it there I realized how hungry I was, luckily there were a McDonald's on just about every corner. As I walked into McDonald's my mouth watered at the fumes coming from the back. Waiting in line, I impatiently tapped my fingers on the rail. Soon as I was in front of the cashier, I ordered six hot and spicy and two large fries and a large drink. Paying the cashier, she handed me a ticket and a cup. To the left were neatly placed napkins, straws, and the drink machine. My favorite mix has always been half hi-c and half sprite, I felt refreshed as I took a long gulp from my drink. As I heard my number being called, I made my way back up to the side . Repeating my order, the girl handed me my food, but not before slipping me her number with a wink. Smiling at the girl I walked out with my food and drink in hand, then I crumpled up the girl's number and threw it on the ground. My grandma taught me better than that, she always said," If a women is easy, she ain't worth it."

An hour later, I was back in the hotel full off four burgers and some fries and drink. Pulling my phone out, I called the school to get enrolled. The administration told me to be there at eight sharp, after I explained my whole situation. One thing down, only a few to go, I thought. When I hung up with school, I called Greens point apartment complex. Informing them I only needed a one bedroom, An older guy told me to come by five tomorrow evening.

A feeling of accomplishment washed over me, as well as sleep. My eyes felt like they were being weighed down, and before I knew it I was out.
Question: Do you think Christian made the right choice getting back in school or should he just work?
