Just 30 minutes

It's been two weeks since the "Alex incident ". Jen is happier, not because of Alex but because she's getting closer to get back to her normal life. What about Alex? She hates him, he's tried to contact her but she's been ignoring his calls and texts.

Jennifer's POV
I knew it, he's the sort of guy who just want your body and nothing. Well he should know that I ain't no slut. If he wants to get laid he can go somewhere else.
What am I going to tell Leah? I have to call her.

Jen starts getting emotional all of a sudden. But she's trying to hold her tears back. But when she hears Leah's voice, it's over.

On the phone with Leah

"Hallo?" Leah says. But there's no response
"Bitch?, hello? Where are you? Are you ok? You want me to come there and smack your pretty face?" Leah says. But there still no answer.
"Ok, I'll hang up. Called when you're done with him." Leah says finally. But still she didn't hang up.
"Leah?" Jen says at last
"Finally. " Leah responds in relief
"Are you crying? Baby are you ok? You want me to over and talk about it?" Leah says, she worried now
"No, no,no. It's just.....just Alex" Jen sobs
"What did he do? Did he cheat on you? Break up with you? I'm gonna break his nose." Leah says with anger.
"No, it's not that" Jen says with a laugh 😂
"What is it then?" Leah asks
Jen tells Leah the whole thing. At first she was mad about it but then she told Jennifer to see from another perspective.
"What if he just likes you so much that he couldn't resist? I mean that not an excuse for him but just think maybe..." Leah says
"What if he has a wife or something? And he's here texting me and stuff." Jen says😔
"I don't think he has one, why was he at the park alone, what girl wants to leave there hot boyfriend or even worse husband alone at a park where everything can happen😏?" Leah says
Jen sighs at first but then sobs again.
"Btw did I hear you say text? What kind of text are we talking about?🤔😏😏" She adds
" I don't know. I don't want to know." Jen says😞 😢😢
"Well you know what I think? I think you should read them, maybe he's worth giving a second chance. It's not like he raped you or anything, if I was a guy or a lesbian I would have kissed you too." She replies with a laugh at the end 🤣
"I don't know......" Jen says😣
"Just give it a try. You don't have to be with him but at least let him know of what you thought about his actions so he can do better with the next one " Leah says laughing at the end.
"Ok, I'll do later" Jen says
"Thanks a lot Leah " she adds
"For what bitch?" Leah jokes as they end the call

Jen sighs. She thinks about what Leah said she still doesn't know what to do. She take two deep breaths and then reads what Alex wrote. He repeated the word "sorry" about a billion times. Jen tries to understand what he's writing but it just won't process, she just put her phone away. Suddenly her phone rings and it's Alex. She ignores it, but it won't stop . She turn the sound off but it vibrates, she then decides to answer it.

Phone call
"Hallo?" Alex says but Jen doesn't answer
"Hallo? Are you there?" He adds but still no answer
"Jennifer I know you're angry and you have all the rights to be." He continues
"What do you want?" Jen asks🙄
"I'd like you to forgive me and pls let me explain. You don't understand how sorry I am." He says😐
"Just give me a second chance and swear I'll make it worth it. I just want to prove to you that I'm not who you think I am" he adds🙏
"Yeah you are definitely not who I think you are , you are worse than that." Jen replies 😤
"Jennifer pls. Just one chance. I want to fix everything, I'd like to know you better. " Alex says
"Know me or my body?" Jen asks😠😠
"Jennifer, again. I'm sorry. Really. I'll do anything in the world for you, except leave you alone. We can just be friends, this time I mean it, I won't disappoint you." Alex says with a tired voice
"Ok. Fine. Leave me alone now." Jen says in response
Alex signs, he doesn't know what to say anymore. But he found the most genius idea
"Fine. I'll leave you alone forever only if you give me a day" he says at last
"Fuck no, who do you think you are?" Jen says angrily
"Half a day, we can go to a restaurant and you can have you friends and bodyguard with if you don't trust me" Alex offers
"Public park, Sunday 2:30 pm, 30 minutes " Jen says
"What about all those paparazzi?" Alex asks
"30 minutes or not ?" Jen asks
"Of course, thank you so much really thank you. I won't disappoint you, I promise. Again thank you for this chance, I'm forever grate-" he doesn't even finish his sentence before Jennifer hangs up.
