Baseball in a park?

It's Sunday morning and Jennifer wakes up with so much regret. She regrets the fact that she told Alex yes about meeting up. She does her best to get bathroom. Later on she joins her family for breakfast. After eating breakfast she realized how fast the time is passing. She promises her kids to cake back on time to watch a movie with them. She goes to the bathroom trying to get ready. When she gets out of the shower it's already 12:15 am. The park that she's going to is about 15 minutes from her house. She's singing while putting on makeup, she forgot about Alex for a moment. 45 min. later she's done with her makeup and head's to the closet. She dances on her way and while picking clothes, now she's just dancing without thinking about her clothes. When she's finally done fooling around she realized how much the time was and it was already 1:35pm. She hurries as she finally pick up the first thing she sees.

"Benny could you pls tell the driver to be ready I'll be there in a sec" Jen yells from up stairs
"Okay " Benny replies

Jen is ready to go now. Down stairs she's having a discussion on whether she should go alone or not. Everyone thinks that she should go alone, but they don't know about the "Alex incident " . She finally gives up and goes by herself even though she nervous and a bit scared.
On the road there's traffic and she's late now because of it. 15 min later the road is less crowded and they move.
Arriving to the park 30 min late, Jen just want to go back home and just then she sees Alex who is waving at her. He has a whole bunch of friends with him. He towards her.
"Hi, Jennifer. I'm glad you came. I almost thought you wouldn't make it" he says
"Sorry I'm late, the traffic-" Jen says before Alex interrupts
"It ok. You don't need to explain. Come on I'll present you to my friends" Alex says while leading Jennifer forwards.
"Your friends?" She asks
"Yes I thought since you would bring you friends maybe I could bring mine to you know. He replies
"Well I don't have my friends with me." Jen says
"Oh really, I'm sorry. You can tell them to go if you want" Alex says
"No, it's totally fine. I understand." Jen says in relief

"Guys , I know that you already know but this is Jennifer. Jennifer Lopez. " Alex tells he friends
They all freeze for a second but then comes back to reality. He then tells her that he had planned you them to play some baseball.
"Why didn't you tell me? Then I wouldn't wear jeans." Jen replies
"It's fine. You look beautiful btw." Alex says
Jen smiles as they trying to make teams. Everyone want to be on the same team as Jlo. Alex gets to be the one since he claimed " I'm a professional and I can teach her some moves that none of you know.".
Before they start Alex tells Jennifer to try hitting the ball. At first try she fails and at second try too. Alex then offers help and she nods, he goes behind her hold her hand and telling her that she has to focus on the ball. How can she focus on the ball when he's standing behind her holding her hands. She tries her best and at last her hit it, she was so happy. Efter they played for a while she then realized that she wasn't supposed to do physical stuff. She can't just bailed out now? Now that it seem so fun, she been laying in bed for the past week and it feels good doing something different and she's so happy about that. She decides to continue. The game went so fast.

"We WON" Alex shouts
"What already?" Jen says surprised
"Yeah, cool right?" Alex says with excitement
Jen nods with a big smile they take a seat on a bench that was near there and Jennifer totally forgets about what happened last time they sat together. After a while Alex ask her if she wants to go grab something to eat. Jen is ok with it. They went to the nearest restaurant. After eating they talk a little bit.

"I had surprisingly fun today " Jen tells him
"Oh really" he asks as if he didn't already know
"Yeah but I have to go know, I promised my kids to on time for a movie " she adds
"Let me drive you then" Alex propose
"No it's ok I'll call my driver and he where he is" she replies
"No, let me drive you. I want to drive you, only if it's ok with you of course " he says
"Sure if you insist " Jen says at last
They walk to his car and he drives. They ride was very quiet but felt good for both of them. When they arrives , Alex goes out first and open the door for Jennifer. He hugs her and tells her that he had a great time.

"I had fun today " he says
"Of course you did" she replies smiling
"I'd like to do this again sometime, but only if it's ok with you of course " he says looking into her eyes
"I bet you do" she says with a smile while rolling her eyes and waving goodbye 

Alex is left a huge smile standing outside Jen house while she goes in. He did it....
