Eddie's POV
This felt way too good.
Richie felt way too good.
We were just kissing, but it was making my poor gay legs weak. So I broke apart from him panting.
"Shoot," Richie panted, "did I cause you to have an asthma attack?" He was concerned and gently held the sides of my face.
I shook my head, "I feel like I'm gonna pass out."
"I'm not that bad at kissing, am I?" he scrunched up his nose.
"No," I was still out of breath, so I sat down on the edge of his bed, "you're that good,"
Richie smirked and wiggled his eyebrows, it made my heart skip a beat but I kicked his shins playfully.
"I'll let you catch your breath," he said and sat down beside me.
I smiled and leaned my head onto his shoulder, which wasn't as comfortable as I had hoped cause the kid was bony. I had to readjust.
Then the door of Richie's room opened and I snapped my up fast.
"Richie I was hoping you could- Eddie are you okay?" Richie's mother, Maggie, ran to my side.
"Where's his aspirator?" She demanded.
I shook my head, "I'm fine Mrs. Tozier, just a little winded."
"What were you guys doing?" she questioned.
I blushed lightly, it's not like I could say 'well I was kissing your son and was so preoccupied by how amazing it felt that I forgot to breath.' I don't think she would've liked that.
"Jumping jacks," Richie lied, "exercise is good for the brain."
I nodded eagerly, probably too much so.
"You know better than to induce one of his asthma attacks," she scolded Richie.
He just shrugged, an expected and acceptable Richie answer.
She just sighed, "well I'm going to bed, don't stay up too late boys," she kissed the top of Richie's head, "I assume you will be staying the night, Eddie?"
Shit, it was already almost midnight, my mother was going to kill me if I came home now. So I smiled and nodded and then called my mom to tell her where I was.
Luckily my breathing had calmed down so my mother wasn't freaking out.
Then I ran back upstairs to Richie's room. He was sitting at his desk, concentrating hard on the textbook in front of him.
I smiled, and walked up behind his chair.
He was looking at his math book, doing an assignment that hadn't even been assigned yet.
"You're such a nerd," I teased.
"You're just jealous cause you suck at math," he craned his head up to look at me and closed his book.
"I do not!"
"Sure," he scoffed, then he stood up out of his chair and faced me.
My breath caught in my throat as he trailed his hands up from my arms and then up to rest on my face.
He was taking too long, gazing all about me, so I kissed him first.
My hands were wrapped around his back as I pressed my lips to his.
He started to walk, maneuvering us until I felt the edge of his bed on the back of my knees.
"Rich," I spoke leaning away from his mouth for a second, " I'm gonna fall."
"That's kinda the point," He whispered and lightly pushed me backwards so that I fell flat on my back on his bed.
I was nervous but excited for whatever would come next.
But Richie just laid down next to me.
"Time for bed Eds," he said softly and got underneath his bedsheets.
"Wh-what?" I stuttered. He really was going to be that much of a dick? Was he really going to tease me?
"I'm tired," he muttered, "we have school tomorrow, and if I continue to kiss you, I don't think I could ever stop," he hummed quietly, sleepily.
"Didn't take you to have such cheesy lines, Rich," I muttered and rolled onto my side. Away from him. I had just gotten under the covers.
"Yeah but," he sighed and I felt his gross breath hit the back of my neck, "you still confessed your feelings for me and there are no take backs."
Of course I had to be gay for Richie fucking Tozier.
