Kansas

*Colbys pov*

My girlfriend, Y/N and I decided we both needed a break from social media and focus on ourselves a little. We're not breaking up, we just want some time for ourselves. The fans were very respectful and understood that. We wanted to go somewhere. We're both from Kansas City so we decided to go there. It would be nice to go back home and visit family and old friends.

Time skip

We finally got off the plane. We went to baggage claim and went through TSA and got an Uber. "It feels so good to be back home," Y/N said. "It sure does. No social media for once," I replied. Don't get me wrong I love social media it just gets hard sometimes. Not doing social media for once feels great. "I'm so excited, I haven't seen my brother in so long," she said. She was always really close with her brother. They were inseparable and it broke his heart when she moved to LA. He doesn't know we're here so she's going to surprise him. "He's probably going to shit himself when he sees me," she laughs. I laugh along. Her laugh was music to my ears, I loved it.

*Time skip*

We got to Y/N's house and she was very nervous. "Hey, I'm sure he'll be very happy to see you," I reassured her. "Thank you I'm just nervous. I haven't seen my brother in so long." She replied. We got out the Uber and we got our bags and walked up to the door. She knocked and to her surprise her brother opened it. He was so surprised. "Oh my god!! Is this real? Holy shit," he said. He grabbed her and hugged her really tight. "Hi, I missed you so much," she said hugging back. They both were really happy to see each other after a long time. "I missed you too," he said still hugging her. "Surprise," Y/N said letting go of her brother. "Oh my god, I can't believe your here. I love you so much," he said. "I love you too," she said hugging him again. "This is my boyfriend by the way," she said turning to me. Forgot to mention this is our first time meeting. "Hi, I'm colby," I said holding my hand out. "I'm Caleb," he said grabbing my hand.

We spent the whole week in Kansas and that was the best week of my life. I got to spend it with my beautiful baby girl.
