it was three in the morning when hoseok woke up, hearing loud noises coming from the room next to his—jaehyun's room. it was one of the rare occasions where hoseok slept in his own room that night, but now he was regretting it.
he flinched when he heard another thing hit the wall behind him with a loud 'bang'. he quickly abandoned his bed, not even bothering to put on his slippers as he rushed out of his own room and in front of jaehyun's. he knocked on the door softly, causing it all to cease. "jaehyun, hey, are you okay in there?"
he got no reply, leaning his ear against the door he managed to catch small quiet sobs coming from the other side, that triggered something in the older male as he knocked on the door, louder this time. "come on, open the door jaehyun."
his head snapped in the other direction when he heard a door open, "what's going on?" jimin asked in a small sleepy voice. hoseok didn't explain, just gave him an order instead, "go and wake up joon." jimins eyes flickered from hoseoks panicked state and to the door he's standing in front of.
in an instant jimin was making his way to namjoons room, as the seconds passed each member eventually woke up and the ruckus, even yoongi—surprisingly. namjoon rubbed at his eyes as he approached hoseok, "what's wrong, why is everyone up."
"i don't knows jaehyun won't open the door. i think he's crying, i hear it." hoseok explained quickly, motioning towards the handle as he fiddled with it, to show it's locked. namjoon pushed his member away and knocked on the door, speaking with a stern voice, "jaehyun. open the door now."
it seemed to have worked as second later the lock clicked and jaehyun was in his arms, sobbing. namjoon instantly wrapped his arms around the maknae—who pulled them to the ground. namjoon ran his hand through his hair while he let jae cry.
the other members watched in shock as their leader comforted their crying maknae, hoseok pushed through the other members crowding the door and dropped next jaehyun, who jumped into his arms instead. "i'm sorry, i'm so sorry." he sobbed, they didn't know what he was so sorry about, but they felt as if they were going to find out soon.
the all sat quietly in jaehyun's dark room, the only light source was the small tinker bell nightlight and the moon that shone through the window. it was about forty minutes they sat in there with jaehyun, who was sleeping soundlessly in hoseoks arms.
nobody spoke, they just watched the sleeping jaehyun, and even exchanging looks with eachother as if they were having silent conversations about the situation. taehyung reached out to push some hair out of the youngest eyes, looking away when he saw the puffy eyes.
he stood up and walked around the room, his fingers grazing over the many polaroids of jaehyun and the members. he felt his eyes tear up a bit when he noticed he was only in two of them, and they were with the whole group, whereas the rest of the members had their own individual selfies and pictures together. hell, even jackson wang had his own framed picture.
his heart aches at that, but saves it for another day, his brother is hurting at the moment. he sat on jaehyun's bed and let his head fall into his hands. hoseok patted taehyungs leg, letting him know to move over. the male gently tucked in jaehyun under the covers, before sitting back down next to the rest of the members. namjoon had left to get pillows and blankets, setting them out on the floor when he returned.
they all laid down and eventually fell asleep, all except taehyung. after a good thirty minutes of complete silence he sighed, standing up from the floor and moving to the bed, sliding under the covers. jaehyun instantly moved to wrap his arms around the males waist.
taehyung felt a little closer to his member like this, wrapping his arms around jaehyun he closed his eyes, he was able to fall asleep easier like this.

jaehyun woke up in taehyungs arms, his eyes widened as he slipped away, he noticed the rest of his members sleep on the floor. guilt immediately struck hard inside him, he looked at the bedside table and hesitantly reached for his phone turning it on. he hoped, he prayed, he did everything he could to make whoever was listening know not to ruin his life. his world crashed beneath him when he saw it.
