when the remaining five members returned to their dorms, they were met with a very angered min yoongi, who was scolding both mark and jaehyun(who were both in opposite corners of the room, noses touching the wall).
jimin was also sitting in the corner by the front door, a pout on his lips, he evidently brightened at the sight of the leader, "tell yoongi i shouldn't be in trouble! he shoved me in time out too!"
"don't you dare," he said to namjoon, pointing an accusing finger at jimin, "he didn't stop them from whatever they were doing, he hid."
"yoongi, i understand why you're upset but jaehyun is an adult." namjoon tried to reason with his older member, but he wasn't having none of it.
"thank you!" jaehyun yelled, though it was a little muffled due to being so close to the wall.
"but if you think punishing jaehyun is the right thing then okay—" the leader was interrupted by the maknae.
"what?!"
"but seriously, mark hasn't done anything wrong." he motioned towards mark, who was quietly sitting in the corner, playing with his fingers, "mark come here."
said male hesitantly rose from his spot and walked towards the leader, "you can go back to your dorms if you'd like, or you can join us for dinner."
"stay!" jaehyun yelled, earning a pillow thrown at him by yoongi, "quiet jaehyun!"
"you still want me here?" mark asked, glancing towards yoongi, who was glaring at him harshly.
"you and jaehyun are both adults, you can do whatever you want. but, i'd really appreciate it if you guys didn't do that kind of stuff here. to avoid all this." he said, pointing towards jimin and jaehyun, who sat in the corners.
mark nodded, "ill stay if you don't mind."
"we do." yoongi growled.
"we don't." hoseok confirmed, clamping a hand over the others mouth.
"well you're going to be eating alone with us because jaehyun is grounded." yoongi announced after he got hoseoks hand away.
"on second thought i think taeyong said he needed me today." mark said nervously, running to jaehyun and telling him a quick 'bye', the group watched as mark rushed out of the dorm—leaving them in silence.
"ugh! i hate you!" jaehyun yelled at yoongi, eyebrows furrowed in frustration. he didn't give anyone a chance to reply because he stomped all the way to his room.
'see, a child still.' yoongi thought with a frown.
jimin took that as a sign that he can leave his corner as well, "so, what's for dinner?"
