You enjoyed all of Mikey's friends, but there was a time you got jealous of April. Now April was not at all a bad person and there was nothing in the entire world that you held against her. BUt you did get jealous. Unintentionally, but it did happen, and it WAS a misunderstanding. You had already had a bad day, and you assume that is why you took it so personally. Any other time, you wouldn't have cared for them giggling and wrestling on top of each other on the couch. On the floor. Against the wall. Having the time of their life together. Without you.It was April, who you had nothing against except this one day. You knew April loved the turtles. They were her family and they had her back. You knew she had theirs too. She was just about the only female who came down here all of the time, so of course they had a stronger bond with her than they did with you. But Mikey and her took it too far today, and you'd gotten pushed off the couch during their wrestling. You stood, watching them laugh. They hadn't even noticed!
"Ookay, I'm going to go hand out with Leo now."
And so you did just that, going to the dojo to sit next to the leader in blue. Leo opened an eye to look at you, having been broke from his meditation state. "What's up with you?"
"Mikey and April are having fun, so I thought I'd come in here."
"You look upset," he commented. "jealous, maybe?"
You weren't one to deny everything that was suggested. You simply shrugged, but Leo understood. He nodded and didn't push the subject. "You know, Mikey wouldn't intentionally upset you."
"I know. I've just had a rough day. Thank you, Leo."
"No problem. Feel free to stay until you feel better." I smiled and nodded, leaning against the tree beside us. That, I would do. Mikey wasn't mine by any means. He had the right to have fun. I just needed to cool off.
