This one was kinda a quick one. I'm busy with school and work but trying to update when I can. I have a lot of chapters pulled up that I'm writing on, they just aren't done yet! I do plan to keep updating for a long time!
Leo
You woke up in the hospital. Oh, and God, you were in pain. So much pain that your awakening grunts had turned to tearful screams in a matter of seconds.
These screams, of course, had brought in the nurses and several doctors who gave you fast working medicines you couldn't remember the names of. When you could focus on the numbness that replaced the pain, you could see Adrian stood up in the corner. Though it was blurry, you could tell it was him. He watched your reactions with a cold, expressionless stare as you tried to smile, but failed at doing so.
"What in the world happened to you, kiddo?" He took a step forward as if to come to your side but stopped short. What was there to say? You couldn't remember what exactly happened yourself. Someone else briskly entered the room and looked around, and you nearly missed the fact that it was April. She gasped in surprise when she saw you(probably looking worse than you felt based of of her expression), but turned her attention to Adrian before she made an effort to go to your bedside. "You must be her older brother, I'm April. I'm the one she was with when we were attacked."
"Attacked? You know what happened?" Adrian's voice sounded different...scratchy, maybe?
"Yes, we were walking home when some men grabbed me. Y/n tried to fight them off and they pulled a knife out. There were so many that I couldn't do anything but watch as they beat her up...I'm so sorry." She wiped at a couple tears that fell from her eyes. Were they real or fake? If her story was fake, she could really be an actress, you thought. Were you really attacked? You tried to think back on it, but it hurt too much to remember. "Some guys came and helped us and we dropped her off here. We were so scared."
"I-it's okay, I understand. Please, take a seat." Adrian motioned to the seat he hadn't been sitting in the whole time.
April shook her head, glancing my way. "No thank you. I just needed to see how she was doing." She slowly approached the bedside and brushed back hair from your sweating face. "How are you feeling?"
"Hurt. Numb, now, actually. The doctor guys were in here drugging me up a second ago. I'll be okay, but it really hurts."
"I know. Rest up, okay? The guys are worried sick."
"Eh, if someone brings in some ice-cream I will be as good as new."
"You're too careless for your own good." She shook her head. With a repeat of "Rest up.", she lightly tapped on my cheek and smiled. I could tell it was faked. Was I really that bad?
With that last phrase, she was gone.
Raph
You woke up with a start, gasping. A pair of hands found themselves on your shoulders, a familiar voice cutting through the silence. "Y/n, you're okay. Lay back down. You've suffered a very bad electrocution and I can't tell how bad the damage is yet."
"Donnie, where is Raph? Is Mikey okay? Where am I?"
"You're here at the lair, it's safe. Raph just went to use the bathroom, he's been in here the whole time. Mikey is in his room."
You didn't know what to say as you slowly tried to recall the events, Donnie asking questions and running a checkup or two. You eyed him as he jotted stuff down on paper and clicked on his computer mouse a few times.
"Did ya find anything yet, Don?" Raph's voice snapped you out of your trance. You turned your head with a smile, again trying to sit up but Donnie turning on his heels to push you back flat.
Raph hurried over to you. "You're awake? I'm sorry I uh- I had to run out of the room for a minute. Ya okay? How do ya feel?"
