⚠ Guns, abuse, blood, death ⚠

*Eddie's POV*

"Wh-where are we going?" I cried as Dan dragged me out to the car.

"Somewhere familiar." Dan laughed and threw me into the trunk.

He had put a blindfold on me and tied my hands before. Ever since I attacked, he won't take the ropes off.

It took a while to get to the place. I sobbed during the entire ride. I just want to be back with Richie, and I wish this never happened...

Suddenly the car stopped short and the trunk door opened. Dan pulled me out and dragged me into a house. He threw me into the couch and tightened more ropes around me.

Then he finally took off the blind fold. We're...we're at Richie's apartment. But he's either at work or with the Losers. It would be deathly silent in here if there wasn't a clicking noise echoing through the house.

I tried to turn around and figure out what the clicks were. But before I could, I felt a cold metal press against my head.

"I got a loaded gun, Kaspbrak," Dan growled. "You move or say anything, and I'll shoot you." He pressed the gun harder at my head. "Got it?"

I whimpered and nodded, so Dan moved away from me. I let out a sigh of relief, but I was still shaking in fear. My heart started pounding out of my chest when I heard the front door open.

Richie.

*Richie's POV*

I sighed and closed my eyes once I parked my car in the lot. The Losers and I just spent forever walking around town and asking everyone if they've seen Eddie. But nobody had.

Bev said she'll come over soon. Ben and Mike have to work, and Bill is bringing Stan home today. So she's the only free one, and we're going to chill. Probably get high. Anything to make me feel better. Well, anything except alcohol.

I walked up to my apartment room and opened the door. Dan was smiling at staring at me, a gun aimed at Eddie's head. He was shaking and staring at me with hope and fear.

"Dan," I said, trying to stay calm. "Put the gun down..."

"Why would I do that?" He pulled it away from Eddie, cocked it and pressed it against his head again. "Eddie's worthless."

"J-just calm down, D-Dan...lets talk th-this out, ok?" I started walking towards them slowly.

"Nah."

I heard a shot go through the room and Eddie and I screamed. All I could see was blood, my vision was blurred by tears.

I wiped my eyes and looked back at them. Eddie's leg was bleeding profusely, but otherwise he was ok. Dan only shot his leg.

Speaking of that bastard, he's laughing his ass off at Eddie's sobs.

"Aww, are you scared?" He mocked. "FREAK!"

Dan moved Eddie onto his lap and starting kissing him roughly. I felt my face heat up in anger, but I stayed put.

Eddie whined uncomfortably, but took it. He's been through worse...

"R-Rich..." Eddie cried against Dan's lips. "H-help..."

"Ugh stop talking to him, bitch." Dan rolled his eyes and stood up. He walked over to me and raised the gun to my head.

"You've seen Eddie get shot. I think it's only fair if he sees YOU get shot too."

Eddie started screaming apologies, but I was frozen in fear. The last thing I remember was Dan smirked and the loud bang of his gun going off.

*Eddie's POV*

"RICHIE!" I screamed as he fell unconscious to the floor. Blood was quickly pouring out of his head. I couldn't stop shaking.

"No no no, you're not dead..." I mumbled. "C'mon Richie, get up!"

But he didn't. His eyes glossed over and his head fell to the side. I started screaming and crying, not noticing that Bev had gotten here. She must've knocked out Dan, because he laid passed out on the floor next to her.

Bev ran over to me and started trying to calm me down as she untied the ropes.

"It's gonna be ok Eddie, deep breaths."

But I couldn't breathe. I have to get to Richie, I have to save him.

Police cars pulled up and dragged Dan out of the room as he started waking up. An officer came over to Bev and I and helped me out of the house.

I pulled my arm out of their grasp and ran back to Richie. I gently slapped his face and shook his shoulders.

"He's alive, he's just hurt!" I screamed at the officer and Bev. "We have to help him! He's ok, but we have to get him out of there!"

"Eddie..." Bev muttered and started to pull me away.

"What?!" I snapped at her, starting to feel helpless.

"Honey, he's dead..."

"No. No we have to help him, we can still get him out of there!"

"E-Eddie c'mon we have t-to go..." she whispered.

"We can still help him!"

I felt myself being pulled away from my house. Dan grinned at me as he was shoved face first into the police car. I heard an ambulance in the distance, but everyone was saying it was "too late".

"GUYS HE'S OK! LEMME GO, WE HAVE TO GET HIM!" I screamed in hysterics.

Bev held me in her arms. I felt her sobbing. I tried to push myself away from her, but her grip was strong.

"Richie..." I cried in defeat as I was brought into one of the ambulances. "I love you..."

*Bev's POV*

I watched in horror as Dan shot the gun. I pushed his arm away, but the bullet was too fast. It still hit the top of Richie's hairline, angled upwards.

Richie crashed down to the floor and Dan looked at me with rage. I grabbed the gun from his hands and hit the end of it against his head. He passed out, but I knew he would wake up in a minute.

Dragging Eddie away was the worst part. He kept crying that Richie was alive.

But everyone knew that he wasn't...
