"What's that?" Lucy asked.
"Why this, this is a destiny shell. You see, when someone finds the other half of this they will be-" Emmet gasped when he saw a shell on Lucy's hand. "Together forever?" Lucy asked as she held out her hand, revealing her shell, which appeared to have the same colour and shape as Emmet's.
"Y...Yeah..." Emmet answered, blushing.
They put the two halves together, revealing a shimmering bright pinkish red heart shell.
"It's beautiful...."Lucy commented.
"I... I... love... is an open door..."
Lucy laughed. "Love is an open door, with you."
"With you."
"With you!"
"With YOU!"
"Love is an open... dooooooooooorrrr."
"You know what?"
"What?"
"I love you."
Lucy gasped. "Can I say something even crazier?....... I love you too!"
Emmet carried Lucy and brought her down again. He then wrapped his arms around her waist, making sure that she wouldn't escape from his next move.
Emmet then had his biggest move on Lucy. He leaned in closer to Lucy then gave her a big kiss on the lips. On the freaking lips. Yeah. Lucy had her eyes wide open. She blushed and soon melted into the kiss. Her arms wrapped around his neck, pushing it deeper. If I recall, this was their fourth kiss... alone. After a full minute, they slowly pulled back.
"Wow. We still got that spark." Lucy said.
"I kept it just in case..." Emmet joked.
Emmet held hands with Lucy and walked together around the park.
"Emmet, what's the time now?" Lucy asked.
"2355"
"That's quite late."
"Just to let you know that I will never let you go. So, will you be my girlfriend again?"
"Em, of course!"
Lucy kissed Emmet's cheek and ran away.
"LAST ONE TO MY APARTMENT IS A ROTTEN EGG!"
"Oh you little-" Emmet went after her.
