"I know this took a while. I haven't really been busy but more distracted, so I'm sorry for my readers (sorry T and K) for taking so darn long. Anyway, here it is. Hope you like it." -BTW I'm T-

Cat Noir POV

I remember the sadness and despair I felt when my mother disappeared. I remember my father becoming distant, and my feeling of loss for him as well. For so long I have lived with this feeling, and trying to ignore it.

But now all of the pieces came together. My father was the way he was because he was Hawkmoth, and the accident he described sounded more like murder in my ears. He never should have let her use the peacock miraculous that long. Now all of that sadness I had concealed for so long transferred into anger. I was furious, and what scared me was that I could not control it. My father had done so much bad, evil.

It was sick.

My father stood in front of me as Hawkmoth, blocking my uncalculated attacks.

"I'm doing this for Emilee! You have to understand!" He kept chanting this, not realizing who I was. In my mind, I was screaming that's my mother! She would hate that you have done this! I couldn't though, since it would give away my identity. What made me angriest was that he was smiling. He enjoyed this.

"Is this really what your wife and son would want? What about Adrien? Do you care at all about him?"

"Adrien would understand. Emile would too. I need her back, then we can be a family again." Hawkmoth said.

I broke, "We will never be a family again!"

Silence. There was complete silence, and after a few seconds I realized what I had blurted out. All of the blood left my face.

"Adrien? Son?" Hawkmoth said. I stared back at him, not saying anything for a long time. Then I started thinking. Before he could react, I snatched at his broach, his Miraculous, and Ladybug caught it when I threw it across the room to her. I watched him detransform into my father. No, not my father, Gabriel. That's all he had to be now. Gabriel.

Behind Gabriel, Mayura appeared with Chloe. Chloe stood there demanding a Miraculous from Ladybug, like usual.

"Gabriel?" Mayura yelled, surprised at his existence apparently.

"We have his Miraculous. Give us yours now Mayura. We can do this the hard way if you want." I said.

"We can take however long you want. Your two little hero friends are a little busy at the moment, so don't be expecting any company," She retorted.

I wondered what she had done, but we didn't have all day to talk. That's how I caught her by surprise. She thought I would answer her. Jokes on her.

I didn't know how I felt toward her. I didn't know who she was, but I could guess. It was Nathalie. Who else would help my father? Nathalie was closer to him than I was.

Now that Mayura and I were fighting, Gabriel did not know what to do. He stood and watched as Ladybug came to help, attacking Mayura from behind. Mayura was quick, but she was outnumbered, cornered, and had to do two things at once. The second thing was her focus on two little key-chains in her hand. Then I remembered what she said about Kaylee and Joel. It meant they were in danger. I grabbed her hand and ripped one of them out of her hand, then the other as she was in shock from my first move.

After a second of holding them in my hands, not really knowing what to do with them, Ladybug yelled to me what to do.

"Find them. Save them. I've got Mayura. Go!" She yelled, watching me as she attacked Mayura.

"Anything for you, Bugaboo," I said, smiling at her knowing she was Marinette, bringing back all of my earlier anger and hopelessness. She gave me hope. She had the Kwami of creation, but even without it, she radiates life. As I turned to leave I saw a smile sneak in her face and returned her focus to Mayura.
