"Okay, that's enough bath soap Felix".
Chan assures to the determined four-year-old, who squeezed the half-empty bottle with all his might.
"No it's not! There's never too much bath soap daddy!".
"Hand me the bottle Felix".
The smaller naked boy just sat there with his eyes scrunched in an attempt to get every last drop.
"More soap more bubbles!".
Trying to prevent the bathroom from being a sudsy mess Chan grips the bottle and relieves it from the boy's grip. There was more than enough bubbles actually, but Felix loved pretending he was in some type of soap fort.
"Daddy! Why did you take it away? How am I going to be Felisaur with no bubbles?".
The boy frowns, crossing his arms.
"Because Felisaur needs to save some bubbles for his brothers. Doesn't he?".
Chan squirts a generous amount of shampoo into his palm before lathering it up in Felix's hair. The suds stiffens it instantly, enough for it to be shampooed into one big soapy curl. This was the best part of bath time according to Felix, having his father's much bigger hands soothe his scalp like he never could. He sits back with his eyes closed while Chan rinses the shampoo out before installing it again. The father smiles to himself, his son was just so cute.
"Felisaur is getting pretty quiet".
"I like getting my hair washed daddy, It's soothing".
Chan chuckles at the word, mocking him,
"It's soothing? Well why couldn't you be this calm when you were outside playing with your brothers?".
"Minho hyung called me a baby I don't like that. Jisung hyung calls me a baby too. The only person that doesn't call me a baby is Changbin hyung and that's why I love him so much".
Chan giggles again,
"What about Hyunjin? Seungmin? What about me?".
"Hyunjin and Seungmin hyung doesn't call me a baby but I know they are thinking it, I just know it".
"And what about me?".
"It's okay daddy. It's okay if you call me baby because you say it nicely to me".
"That's because you are my baby, Felix".
"Nope. Jeongin is the baby".
"And so are you. And Changbin, Seungmin, Jisung, Hyunjin, and even Minho. You are all my babies".
"I thought the mommies have the babies daddy?".
Chan purses his lips,
"They do. Mommy had you and all your brothers. Daddy just watched and helped mommy".
Felix holds his mouth open, smiling in pure shock.
"No way! Did mommy shoot me out? Did I walk out?".
Oddly enough, Chan laughs at this theory while reminiscing on the day.
"No you didn't shoot out. You were very loud felix. You screamed like you were scared of something".
