As she stares at her ceiling, holding thoughts of him
Wondering thousands of things, one of it was him
Facing on the wall, she released a sigh—
This feeling she hid, laid all day and cry
I got up and stretched, walking in another day
How i enjoyed the sunlight on my face
Walking wherever my feet goes along the way
Saw him held hands but me, stopped as i gaze
Aching thorns in my throat, my hands and feet were coldClacking teeth as my mouth moves no words ever told
Supressed by unfairness, pricked by ego
The lass you held hands, dignity i show
Chains of anxiety starts to kick in
I ran away from truth, ran away from you
My confidence disappearing within
The love that i regret, rejects colors and hue
At night i ache, legs hurt searching for attention
Carrying heavy rocks of discrimination
A pillow of tears, cumbersome for bed
And now here i lay, as i woke up dead
