The assassin stared at the blood splattered all over the walls, the ceilings, windows and counter tops, an emotionless expression on her face. She felt numb, like she was supposed to when they were controlling her.
The guards shuddered slightly staring at the mess that was made. One of them slowly touched her arm twice to tell her to follow him. The assassin looked at him with a blank expression, but nodded to the order and began to follow him as he walked out.
The other guard was looking around in slight horror before sighing, knowing he had roped himself into this situation. He glanced back at the girl that wordlessly followed his friend before looking back at the blood splattered bodies.
"Poor kid." He whispered, but he wasn't talking about the ones on the ground as he turned and began in the direction of his friend and the new weapon of HYDRA, taking one glance at a beautifully carved clock, now stained with blood, on the wall that just ticked one minute past midnight.
