5. Sick, soup, phonecalls

Tyler’s pov:

Our week in Orlando was just so great and the kids had so much fun but I think the funniest part was when Jason asked us where he came from and we told him how and he turns to Emory and says ‘I told you so’ all four of us was laughing so hard after that. Jason is really smart and when we came home we told him how he came to the world and all he said was, ‘I know, you already told me that’ Justin and I was laughing so hard when he ran away to play with Kelly after that. 

Justin is right now in a meeting with Shakira and Rihanna for the song he made for them and it looks like they will use it. Me on the other hand is doing work from home today because I’m sick, I got the flue so as you already know my son love’s to be in the kitchen so he is down there with Cailin and making me soup. Don’t I have the best son in the world?

Answer YES. 

As I was sitting and doing a website for a company my phone went off.

“Tyler Bieber speaking” I said not even looking at the phone.

“Hey honey, how are you? Justin called me and said you were sick” I heard my mother’s voice.

“Hi mom, yes I got the flue but I’m working from home so it no big deal, I still get paid” I said and she laughed.

“You guys work so much, I’m stunned as to how you can still have time to raise two kids” She said and I smiled.

“You know family comes first no questions asked” I said.

“I know so do you have my grandson close by?” 

“He is in the kitchen making me soup with Cailin but hold on, I’ll call for him”

“Great I miss you guys when are you coming to visit?” She asked and I looked down on my schedule or more accurate our schedule.

“In two weeks we will come” I said and she cheered in the background.

“Ohh I can’t wait, hey Pattie they are coming to visit in two weeks” I heard and another squealing in the back.

“I’m glad you guys are happy but did you wanna speak to Jason?” I asked and I heard both mom and Pattie say yes.

“Ok hold on” I said and got out from bed and walked to the stairs.

“JASE, GRAMMY AND NANA ARE ON THE PHONE YOU WANT TO SAY HI?” I shouted down and in two seconds I saw my son came running.

“YES I WANT TOO” He shouted back and ran up the stairs and grabbed the phone from my hand.

“Hi Grammy hi Nana” he said and took the phone and walked in to his room.

“Jase come with the phone when you are done talking” I said and I heard ‘I will’.

I chuckled and went back to doing my work and an hour later Jason came walking in with my phone still talking to my mom and Pattie.

“Ohh and Grammy can we make those cookies when we come?” I heard him ask and I guess Pattie said yes because he jumped around really happy.

“JASE THE SOUP IS BOWLING OVER HONEY” I heard Cailin from downstairs and Jason shouted back ‘coming’.

“I gotta go Grammy I’m making soup for Papa and its boiling so I gotta go, see you soon, bye” He said and came and gave me the phone.

“Hi Pattie” I said.

“Hi Tyler, so Jase is still glued in the kitchen huh?” 

“That he is” I said and we both laughed.

“That’s great but see you in two weeks then”

“Yes we will, say hi to dad from me I forgot to tell mom”

“I will get well soon honey” 

“I will, bye” I said and we hung up.

Jason came up with soup to me and he crawled down in bed with me and we watched movies until Justin came back home.

“Hey I’m home” we heard and Jason jumped off the bed and ran down stairs.

“Hey buddy, how was your day?” I heard and then Jason told Justin everything what he had done and soon I saw both of them coming in to the bedroom and they crawled down beside me.

“Hi baby, how are you feeling?” he asked me and kissed my shoulder.

“It feels better now, but I’m gonna be home tomorrow too” I said and Justin nodded.

“So how did the meeting go?” I asked and he smiled big.

“Great they loved the song and they are gonna make a music video of it after it’s recorded, so I’m gonna be working in the studio with them for two weeks now,starting tomorrow” He said and I smiled saying congratz and he so deserved that. The song was really good, I like it a lot and so does Jason because I’ve heard him go around singing on it the whole week so.

“Will you be done so we can go to Canada like planed or?”

“Yes it will be done, it’s gonna be great to come home meeting everybody, I miss them. What do you say buddy you happy we’re going to visit uncle Ry, Grammy, Nana and Grandpa?” Justin asked and Jason jumped of joy saying yes multiple times.

“Hey have you spoken to Jaxon and Dani?” I asked and Justin shook his head.

“No they are still in Spain, I think they will be there for 1 more months because of the case Jaxon is doing” Justin said and I agreed.

“Well are you hungry?” Justin asked me and I shook my head no. 

“Ok well I am so buddy that soup you were talking about is there more left?” Justin asked Jason and he nodded his head and pulled Justin down to the kitchen I presume.

When they came back an hour later Jason was holding a bowl of ice cream and Justin was holding Jayla; I guess she woke up.

“Hi baby girl did you wake up?” I asked when Justin sat down in the bed and Jason was sitting between us eating his ice cream.

“Papa can we watch that movie with the bird who can’t fly” Jason asked and I nodded and he got himself more comfortable between Justin and I.

Justin was giving our girl food and I started the movie Rio and we cuddled down in the bed. I did wanted to kiss Justin but I couldn’t risk him getting sick too, so I had to settle with him laying down on my shoulder and when Jayla was done Justin laid down in the bed and Jayla was laying on his chest as usual. I couldn’t have her like that she was never still when I had her like that so I know she will be a daddy’s girl when she grows up.

“Daddy, can I come with you to the studio tomorrow?” Jason asked Justin but he didn’t get an answer.

“Daddy?” Jason shook him and Justin snapped his head up.

“What? What happened?” He asked all groggy and Jason turned his head.

“I asked you if I could come with you to the studio tomorrow” He said and held Justin’s head in his small hands.

“Yeah sure, no problem” He said and fell back asleep again, I don’t think he knows what he said yes to but he will hear it tomorrow.

“Papa, can I sleep here tonight?” He asked me.

“Yeah go brush your teeth buddy and go down with the bowl in the kitchen and I’ll go put Jayla down alright” 

“Ok Papa” He said and jumped off the bed and I took Jayla from Justin and put her down in her crib, and then jumped down and when Justin felt me down in the bed he laid down on my chest and soon Jason came in with his pj and a teddy bear he got from me and climbed down in between us and laid down on Justin’s chest and we soon fell asleep.
