47. Nightmare

3rd pov: 

Jason and Dash were fucking in the restroom at the arcade and had no idea what had just happened atthe hotel. Jayla was right when she thought something was bad. When Emory walked out from the hotel she ran to PJ’s house. When she got there she saw Freddie was leaving his house so she waited until she left. When PJ turned to walk inside he was stopped by an arm, and as he turned around he came face to face with a crying Emory.

“Emory what are you doing here?” PJ asked.

“PJ listen to me, I know you hate me too and I don’t blame you because I hate myself too”   

“I don’t hate you Emory, I’m just very disappointed in you but why are you here?”   

“Because I know Kelly would never give Jason something from me so PJ please give this to Jason when you see him” Emory said and held out a letter and two pictures for PJ.

“Eh Em why are you giving this to me, why don’t you just give it to Jase when you see him on Monday” PJ said and Emory shook her head.

“No please PJ, just do this please”

 Emory cried and PJ nodded saying ok and then she took off running. She ran to the hill she had found walking around one day. When she sat down she just broke down, she had destroyed everything that meant anything and she did have one more secret nobody knew of. Emory was two months pregnant and the baby wasn’t Jason’s it was a guy she meet at the club and she had no idea who he was.   

“Mom, Dad if you can hear me please help me, I’m so lost and I fucked everything up” she sobbed and held a picture of her and Selena taken a five years before she died.

“Mom I really need you, I love Jason so much it hurts and see him with Dash is just….I can’t take it, I know I fucked up big time and no one wants to talk to me anymore, it feels like I lost everyone and I took drugs mom, what is wrong with me. I just wanna be with you and dad so I can look down at Jason and help him be happy, I don’t wanna ruin his life anymore” She sobbed and took a deep breath.

“I’ll see you tonight and we can watch over them all so they will always be happy” She said and kissed the picture before she went back home to her uncle’s house.

Jason and Dash were done fucking in the restroom and they walked back out and they played some games when the owner came up to them.

“Jason you dropped your phone before at the basketball hoop so look and see if you have any missed calls, alright” he said and Jason took his phone and just then his phone lit up and saw PJ’s name.

“Yo man what’s up” Jason asked.   

“Jase get your ass to Emory’s house right now, she came by here and left me a letter for you and two pictures and I’m sorry I read it, but Jase, she’s gonna commit suicide” PJ said and Jason went pale.

“She’s what?....PJ read me the letter” Jason said and Dash saw how worried Jason got.   

“Ok but if she succeed I’m gonna kill you Jase” PJ said and Jason signaled Dash that they were leaving.

“Were on our way there now… read” Jason said as he walked fast. Even though he hadn’t talked to Emory he still cared for her.   

“Ok… Dear Jason, I know I fucked up and I hate myself for it but I have to tell you something and I know you are gonna hate me even more but I’ve been taking drugs and I guess that’s why I’ve been so cold and treated you like dirt and for that I’m so sorry, I wish I could turn back time but I want you to know that you mean everything to me and I don’t know what I was thinking because my heart will never belong to anyone else but you. I love you Jase, I love you so much it hurts and I hate how much I hurt you because you deserve so much better. You are what they call a dream come true or a prince charming and I threw my chance away. I hate what I’ve become but I’m really happy that you have Dash, because I will look down on you both and make sure that you stay together forever, you’re perfect together. Once again I’m so sorry for the pain I caused you, I hope you can forgive me for leaving this early in life but I can’t live with what I’ve done. Please forgive me Love Emory” PJ said and Jason were full on sprinting now.

“PJ I gotta go, I gotta call Kelly and dad” Jason said and hung up and called Kelly and Justin at the same time.

“Hi Jase, why are you calling me and Kells at the same time?” Justin asked   

“Hi Jase I don’t know if I wanna speak to you since you ditched me”   

“Hi dad, Hi Kelly are you all at the hotel still?” Jason asked and they said yes, so Jason asked them to put on the speaker phone.

“Ok Jase what’s going on”   

“Emory is gonna kill herself” Jason blurted out.   

“WHAT?!” Everyone yelled in to the phone.

“Dad you gotta call Dastan because they aren’t home” Jason panted.

“Jase, common hurry up” Dash said as they sprinted down the streets.

“Dad I’m serious and Kelly call Emory please”   

“She’s not answering Jase” Kelly said and Jayla jumped in saying she wouldn’t answer her either.

“Dad get to Dastan’s house ASAP” Jason said and hung up then he called Emory but no answer.

When they came to Dastan’s house the door was locked so Dash kicked in the door and they ran around in the house but she wasn’t there.   

“Baby I’m so scared, I know she fucked up but I can’t lose her in my life, she’s my best friend” Jason cried and Dash pulled him close when they heard a noise.   

“Oh my god, the basement” Jason said and went to the basement door but it was locked so they kicked it in and ran down the stairs and on the couch they found Emory with slit wrists and an empty bottle that was supposed to be sleeping pills.

“No! Em, you can’t do this” Jason cried and went to her side.

“Em wake up, please you can’t leave me” Jason said shaking her body. “EM” he shouted and just then Justin, Tyler and the rest came running in.

“OH MY GOD, NOOOO” Kelly shouted and Justin held her back as they saw Emory on the couch blood dripping from her wrists and she was pale as a corpse..

“The ambulance is gonna be here any second I promise” Tyler said and walked up to Jason and Dash. Seconds later they heard the ambulance coming.   

“Em, please don’t leave me” Jason mumbled in to Dash’s shoulder as he saw the paramedics come rushing in and lifted her lifeless body on to the gurney and wrapped tight bandeges on her wrists to stop the bleeding..

“Please don’t leave us sis” Jayla whispered as they carried Emory in to the ambulance and saw it took off. 

Justin and Tyler looked at each other and Justin saw tears in Tyler's eyes this was too much of déjà vu.
