Sorry not Sorry

Chapter 11

We ran through the forest. Jumping from tree to tree and passing by some. It was dark outside now. All of us had to much energy and anger that we didn't stop. All of us knowing we wont stop until we got there.

'I wonder if the other anbu are after us?'

I sighed as I thought this. Knowing if they were we would have more people to worry about. As we ran from tree to tree I realized that we had a few more hours. Few more hours until we got to the village. I nodded my head slightly. I held my hand up and signalled to them.

"Okay guys. We will stop here for the night. Get some rest and start saving your chakara. You all will need for tomorrow's events." I told everyone. They hesitated but nodded knowing I was right.

We all started setting up camp. Orochi and Kakashi gather wood for a fire. While Sakura and Sasuke was setting up tents. Tobi and Hashi decided to help build the tents. While Mada, Kura and I went to find food.

After an hour of trying to catch food. We came back to the camp. The tents were all set up and there was a fire going. Mada, Kura and I caught 15 fishes and Kura went berserk at some point during this. Which caused him to kill three deer and Four rabbits. Also destroying some of the forest in the process. So we have plenty of food.

We walked back with me carrying the deer. Mada carrying the fishes and Kura carrying the rabbits. Every once and a while we would have to stop him from trying to eat one. Every time we would sigh as Kura growled at us in protest. As we got into camp everyone stared at us in amusement. Especially Hashi and Tobi.

"Let us guess. Kura went crazy again. Probably destroyed some of the woods?" Hashi asks smirking towards us. This caused me to glare at him. As I did this he started laughing hysterically.

"*Sigh* Why the hell do I put up with you people?" I mumbled under my breath. Yet they caught what I said and laighed.

"Its because you love us Kit!!" Kura yelled laughing but then stopped when he saw the rabbit again. He started pawing at it like a little kit. I laughed and fell to the floor in tears. The others laughing as well. His eyes were really wide and he looked so childish but serious.

"Kura what did I say about playing your food!?" I yelled at him laughing slightly. He didn't even look at me while he said.

"I'm just making sure its really dead!!" He screams while still pawing at the animal. We all just laughed even harder as he sniffed the rabbit.

I continued laughing but got up. I headed towards the fish. I put the on sticks and put them in the fire cooking them. Then went towards the deers. Figuring I could put them in my time seal to keep them fresh. I grabbed the deer and started skinning and cutting them. Getting rid of the bones through out the processes.

I started smelling the fish knowing they were done. I walked over taking them out of the fire. I saw everyone still laughing. I sighed and called them for dinner. Their heads shoot up and ran over. Everyone grabbing their food. I chuckled at them then continued with the deer.

After about twenty minutes I was done. I then put the meat into my seal, sealing it away until I needed it. As I finished that Kashi walked over handing me a towel and my food. I thanked and wiped my hands clean using some water I had and the towel. Then I grabbed my food sitting down finally relaxing. I ate my food slowly dwelling on what happened today.

Slightly tearing up ad I thought about that little girl. She didn't deserve any of that. I sighed and finished my food. Everyone was still talking. Yet I didn't want to talk anymore. I went to my tent and fell asleep. I knew that Kashi and Orochi was taking first watch. So I knew I had a while until my turn.

Yet I never got a turn that night. I actually got full sleep for once. Which honestly surprised me. I woke up yawning a bit. Seeing the slight sunlight knowing it was sunrise. I got out of my tent and looked for who was on watch.

It was Hashi and Tobi. They were both leaning on each other slightly. Both of them were now dosing off. I sighed sadly. They all took turns and left me out. Probably because they knew how I felt. I walked over to them. They jumped up when they saw me.

"Good morning. You guys can go to bed now. Sakura and Sasuke will be waking up soon. Plus I'm up now. We wont be leaving until noon. So you should rest." I told them. They nodded slightly and went to bed.

When they left I heard some shuffling and heard the zip of another tent. Looking over I saw Saukra waking up. She saw me and smiled.

"Good morning Naru!" She says cheerfully. I quirked my brow but smiled anyways.

"You seem happy." I tell her. She smiled a huge smile and said something that even made me smile.

"Yup! Today's the day! We are grabbing our people and finally leaving that village!! We are finally going to be free Naru! Isn't that exciting!?" She yelled towards me laughing and jumping up and down in excitement. I smiled and thought about it.

"Yea it is Saku. Yea it is." I say. I nodded my head and used my seal. Summoning some of the deer meat. Giving it to Sakura. She smiles and starts preparing the meat. I started the fire and went to look for some berries or fruit to go with it.

I found quite a lot and headed back. Noticing that Kashi and Sasuke woke up. I smiled and greeted them. They greeted me back and Saku saw that I found some berries. She smiled and nodded towards me. I heard hurried shuffling and a zip of a tent. Seeing Kura rushing out. I laughed at him. He smiled towards us and yelled.

"Foooooooddd!!!" We all laughed at him. Sakura finished up on cooking. While everyone else woke. Well everyone but Hashi and Tobi. They were to really tired. So I figured I would save their food for them.

We all started talking and laughing. Knowing this day was going to be hell later. We all decided to enjoy ourselves for now. I sighed knowing whats about to happen.
