Sorry not Sorry

Chapter 34

I woke up very early the next day. Thanks to Fuu and Utakata.

I jump up breathing heavily as I felt this huge weight on top. I gasped for my breath as I sat up. Hearing laughter as I did so. I looked over to see Fuu and Utakata on the ground in tears laughing. Looking next to me I see a pissed off Gaara. That would make two of us...

Getting up I quietly walked over to them. When they finally noticed me it was already to late. I jumped on top them causing them to scream. Gaara joining in once he knew they were trapped for good. Probably making sure they couldn't run or escape. We both then started tickling them. Causing them both to burst into laughter. We continued this until someone appeared in the room.

They coughed into their hand. Causing us to turn ours heads slowly towards them. Freaking them out in the process. We all just start laughing when we realised who it was.

"Ah hello Itachi, Kisame. You guys got here early. I just sent that message yesterday. Did you guys just get here?" I asked them while I got off of Fuu and Utakata. Pulling Gaara up afterwards.

I walked over to my desk and sat down. Signalling for the two of the to sit down on the bed. They do as I said. Sitting down Kisame puts Samehara down leaning against the wall. Before he turns back towards me waiting. I smiled at the two and continued our conversation.

"So, when did you guys get here?" I asked them. They both smiled well ish. Itachi rufuses to smile while Kisame gave me his famous grin.

"We got here early this morning. As well as almost everyone else you asked for. Some of us still haven't made it yet. Yet they have sent a letter claiming that they should be here by lunch. The evening if things go sideways." Itachi tells me. Kisame continues to look "professional". Well at least he is trying...

"Okay. Then we will go over the plan tomorrow. Tell everyone to get some rest for now. That's including you guys. I sent out the letters yesterday. Onoki is almost done with his letter. We are still waiting for that. I'll give everyone an update tomorrow as well. You guys are dismissed." I tell them giving a smile. They both stood up and bowed. Kisame grabing Samehara and they both disappear.

I sit back and sighed in relief. Looking out the window I notice a bird coming towards the room. I open the window letting it fly in. Looking at it I notice the note attached to its little leg. I rapping the note I give the bird a fish. Letting it snack as I read my note.  Opening up to see its contents.

Hello Naruto,

I have finished writing my letter. So I wanted to ask if you wanted me send it yet. Please inform me if I need to do so. Thank you. Have a nice day.

I smiled really big as I finished reading the note. I quickly grab a piece of paper and my pen. Before writing the go ahead note to Onoki. Rolling it up after it dried then tying it to the birds leg. The bird finishes eating and flies back. Watching as it flew away. I finally get up and get ready for the day. Silently hoping the rest of my friends get here by lunch time. So I wouldn't have to worry.

Brushing my hair I start to think about everything that has happened.

'Things have gone by so quickly. To think that it has already been a whole year now. I have a village and friends. I have a family that's finally going to be completed. War is even going to start soon. Time flies by so quickly. I can't wait to take a nap.'

I sighed and walked out of the bathroom. Shutting the light off, then grabbing my keys to the room along with my wallet. I walked out of my room. Shutting the door and locking it right afterwards. I walked down the hallway and down the stairs. Before leaving the hotel. Walking down the endless streets. Watching as people passed by me. Doing their daily things minding their own business.

Smiling slightly I realised how peaceful it actually was. Knowing that this all might change during the war. I felt bad for them. Yet if we don't do this. What would happen? Would we always be running? Hiding?

I sighed once more. Rubbing my head furiously and anxiously. I walked down the street throwing my hands to my side. I could feel the nervousness aching in my bones. The fear within my heart along with the sadness.

'I feel like I'm going mad! Why is this happening now!? Everything is going as plan. Yet I feel so...'

"Ugghh ahhh!" I yelled as I grabbed a rock and throwing it at a tree. A slight indentation in the bark. Looking around confused. I see that I ended up in the forest.

'How did I manage do this? Uggh... Now I don't even know where I am. Just great.'

Climbing a tree I see how much damage I did. Noticing that I haven't did that bad. Smiling I jump of the tree. Heading back into the village. Before running into someone. Looking up I gasped in shock. Before hugging the person in front of me.

"Orochi!!" I yelled latching onto him. He chuckles while Jiraya pouted. Tsunade giving off a deadly aura. I smiled and latched onto her.

"Tsunade! Its so nice to see you guys again!" I yelled happily forgetting about Jiraya. Jiraya gets upset and the yells.

"I'm here to you know!!" He yells. Causing us all to start laughing. Making him turn red in the face.

"Yes pervy sage I see you." I tell him and frowns a bit. I then looked back at them.

"Are you guys just getting in?" I asked them. They all nodded their heads. When I smiled once more. Before I walked back with them.

The next day I went through the plan. Giving everyone their job for the meeting. Everyone if them maki by sure they got it down. Then I went over the plan with Onoki. That was when the letter came in. Telling us that they would have a summit in two weeks. Giving us some time before it happens. Yet time flew by way to fast for us.

Before we knew it. Two weeks were up.
