I can't move my hands, and honestly I'm afraid to open my eyes. I don't want to be dead. That would've meant everything I've done would be for nothing.. But I guess you can say curiosity got the better of me. Before I opened my eyes I could tell my clothes were somewhat damp. My mask and wig were also on. What does he want?...
Slowly I open my eyes to see that I'm in an old and dark house. To my surprise the only thing I smell is mildew in the air, mixed with a rather nice smelling cologne. The more I looked around the more details I noticed.
A coat rack in the corner contained one white hoodie. Spotless nonetheless. A pair of shoes adorned by it. There was one small candle lit, a knife shrouded behind it. Several bottles of alcohol line the bar on the other side of the room. Two glasses sitting by a bottle of rum, both glasses empty. A small book lay on a table beside where I sit. There was a note and a small kitchen blade with. I looked at the cover. My favorite book - THE KILL ORDER.
I try to rationalize everything. He did all of this on purpose, but for what? Why would he tie me up, only to place an object near me to free myself and potentially harm him, and why is this place so damn clean? It's almost spotless. Why and how has he thought this through... How did he know my location?! Have I been there too long? What is it! I'm going to drive myself insane trying to figure it out...
I reach slowly for the knife. I have to twist myself and the chair just right... Got it. I cut the bindings. I rose from my place, knife in hand. I make sure I'm as quiet as possible.
Suddenly a figure appears in a nearby doorway. I have nowhere to go. This is the fight. What I have been waiting for, for nine years. This moment. My heart is racing and my blood is pounding in my veins. My palms become clammy around the hilt of the blade. This is my only chance. All I think to do is charge. Rampantly I run towards him, but I realize he's much bigger now. Last second I decide to leap at him, knocking him to the ground with a thud.
I swung around him, locking his torso between my legs with a tight grip. I sling the knife around, about to cut his throat... I realize this is too easy. Something has to be wrong. I hesitated, and within a blink of an eye he moves swiftly. Now I'm pinned down. The knife is gone. I am trapped. I screwed up yet again, and this time could be bad.
We are there in this door way, I'm still pinned to the ground. It's been a while now. He's grip isn't tight at all, and he's barely putting any weight on me. Odd... He's just been staring at me, with that huge scarred smile of his, his teeth bright white. His hair black, but it looks so soft, not charred like I imagined it to be. His skin is pale, it seems rigid, but from the feel of his hands on my arms it seems to be oddly smooth. It's not long before I realize that he's actually shirtless.
I need to stop taking in the details of this murderer. This cold-hearted beast whom murdered his family, along with my parents and countless others. I'm face to face with him. I need to think of a plan. I have to get out of this, I have to make him suffer.
His grip is now tightening when I realize he's about to get up. Probably going to do something with me, slit my throat, carve a smile. Maybe even burn me alive again. He picks me up off of the floor, still with that smile. He pulls me into what looks like a kitchen. He sets me down onto a chair, takes something from his pocket. I need to do something.
I leap, knocking him to the floor once again. He makes a grunt this time, but again I end up underneath of him. This time he picks me up, he brings me over to a set of stairs. Instead of motioning me, he pulls me up them. Not so that I trip, but enough for me to budge. I've still yet to ask him, or let alone say anything at all. He brings me to a bedroom off to the side of the hallway, places me on the bed, and ties me to it.
"I'll bring you something to eat soon." Is all he says as he strides out of the room. It's dark. It has no smell. The bed has no blankets, and the window is cracked. I start to shiver, but I focus on trying to get out of here.
