Asahi POV
I walked back to the campsite with Nejire-Chan. She was leading the way and me and Tatsuo followed close behind. Tatsuo stumbled every now and then but got back up each time. Nejire-Chan isn't a damsel in the distrest, she's the opposite. We soon saw the campsite and Mom, Dad, Mr. Hado and Mrs. Hado were looking all over for us.
Tatsuo hid behind one of my legs. When they saw us they rushed towards us and asking the 'are you ok' questions. When they were done Dad stepped back and announced that I had a lion cub behind my back. I told him all about Tatsuo and how I met the bundle of joy.
"That's... interesting" My dad mumbled.
"Yes interesting indeed!" Mr. Hado exclaimed.
"It is but how are we supposed to take care of him? Before we know it we'll have a 5 foot long, 480 LB lion roaming around the house" Dad said.
"#1, I can just google how to take care of a lion. #2 In order for him to grow 5 feet long he'll have to be about 10 years old" I protested. Tatsuo growled in agreement 😾.
"Is it even legal for us to harbor a lion?" Dad countered.
"Yes it is."
"How do you know that?"
"I googled it just now." Dad sighed in defeat.
"Fine, you can keep him but you have to pay for his food and all his special care." And that ended the camping trip
