Asahi's POV

I woke up when somebody slapped my face.

"Nani!" I yelled sitting up. Airi-chan was there looking down on me.

"You have some nerves sleeping before your match," She told me.

"It's always good to have a good night's sleep. Or in this case a good day's sleep." She rolled her eyes.

"Anyways, get ready for your match. Midoriya-san isn't going to be the easiest person to defeat. He did come second in the obstacle course."

"Tell me something I don't know. He is strong but I don't think he'll be able to beat me."

"There's a clear line between confidence and being cocky."

"Then I'm on the line! When do I start?"

"In about three minutes. Bakugo wiped the floor with Uraraka."

"Of course he did, it's Bakugou we're talking about."

"Aren't you going to do some warm ups?"

"Nah, I already ate two bags of Cheese On's energizer."

"Huh? What's that?"

"Cheese On's Energizer isn't any type of energy snack. This special edition of Cheese On's gives you seven hours of energy. Most professional basketball players eat Cheese On's energizer before they play and I like the flavor."

"You copy and pasted that from the last chapter didn't you."

"That may be true..."

"Even if you're not going to warm up shouldn't you be headed for the arena?"

"That's a good idea! See you after I win!" I got out of the waiting room and dashed towards where I was supposed to go. I would be lying if I were to say that I wasn't nervous. Niya! Who cares I'm gonna get right through this.

Time skip

"Are you ready for this epic match up! On the left side, The boy who gets injured way too often, Izuki Midoriya! On the right side, The kid on the top of Class 1-A, Asahi Yuuto!"

"Hey, Midoriya let's have some fun," I told Midoriya-san.

"Y-Yeah!" He's way too nervous, then again he's going to have his butt kicked by me. If I were in his position then I would be frightened too.

"Ready? Start!" Midoriya-san charged at me. I evaded to the right to dodge the attack. I'm going to toy with him for a while... is what I would be thinking if I was a sadist. Midoriya tried to punch me without activating his quirk. I blocked it with my left hand. I used my right hand to punch him straight in the face. He was sent flying to the ground. Ow, that must've hurt. He quickly got back up.

You want some more? I'll give you some more. I can feel the Cheese On's power running through my veins. He flicked his middle finger at me and a monumental blast of wind hit me. I freezed my feet to the ground so I wouldn't get blown away. I melted the ice when the wind was gone I summoned Fumage.

"Yo boss! Who we be killing now?"

"We don't kill people and we are fighting him." I pointed at Midoriya.

"What formation?"

"Formation 1-GA."

"Okey dokey, boss." Then Fumage levitated over to Midoriya and started to distract him. Ok hands don't fail me now. I lifted my hands spirit bomb style and started to charge up my incandescent energy. When Midoriya saw what I was planning it was too late.

"Fumage, get out of there!"

"Whatever you impart, boss."

"Taketh this! Incandescent Kamehameha!" I shot the pure fire Kamehameha at Midoriya. Midoriya flicked his index finger at the Incandescent Kamehameha, completely destroying it.

"So much for Formation 1-GA, boss."

"Nah, I was expecting him to do that. Each time he uses that move he breaks that finger. Which means we just have to make him do that eight more times."

Whatever you say boss but, are we doing Formation 1-GA again boss?"

"Nah, let's do Formation 1-FA."

"Whatever you say boss." Fumage launched himself at Midoriya before I could tell him to stop calling me boss. I used Ectoplasm's quirk to imitate Naruto's Shadow Clone Jutsu. There were now about ten Asahis not including the real me. Five Asahis charged to assist Fumage. The other five were charging a Incandescent Kamehameha. I was just there not doing much but watching.

When all the Asahis were done charging their Incandescent Kamehameha, the Asahis that were attacking Midoriya disappeared. Fumage returned back to my side.

"Unlimited Incandescent Kamehameha, fire!" He yelled. The Asahis unleashed their Incandescent Kamehameha at Midoriya. The Incandescent Kamehameha combined to form the Unlimited Incandescent Kamehameha. Try as he might Midoriya tried to flick it away but the Unlimited Incandescent Kamehameha was too great for even him to stop. The Unlimited Incandescent Kamehameha hit him causing a giant explosion that would make Megumin proud.

When the smoke cleared Midoriya was on the ground unconscious.

"Boss, do you think using one of your strongest formations against a noob is a little much."

"If I held back it would go against the spirit of the Sports Festival. Besides each Asahi only used about 30% for the Unlimited Incandescent Kamehameha. A normal Unlimited Incandescent Kamehameha is 420% all combined instead of 150%... that's if I joined in. If it was the strongest it would be 600%."

"Good point boss."

"Since Midoriya is unable to move, Asahi Yuuto advances to the next round!" Midnight announced. All the heroes were talking about me. It seems I made a good enough impression on them. I need to eat some Cheese On's Energizer after I leave. I'm pretty tired out after this fight.  Then again this is Sparta.
