Asahi POV
It was the day right after the Sports Festival. Yesterday, immediately when I got home, I collapsed onto my bed. Cheese On's can't solve everything. I was kinda tired but I forced myself out of bed. I'm right now right outside of U.A. I yawned as I took the first step inside the vast building... or so I thought. I forgot that we had two days off of school, so waking up this early was for nothing. No wonder I didn't see Nejire on the way to school. I started to walk back home.
It took a while to get back home because I was already tired of walking to school so walking back took even longer. When I unlocked the front door to my house I could hear my parents snickering at me. I ignored them and continued walking up the stairs to my room. When I entered my room, I collapsed onto my bed once again. The moment I landed on my bed, my phone rang. I sluggishly took my phone out of my pocket and said, "This... is Asahi Yuuto... how can I help you?"
"Oh, hi Asahi-kun! This is Mina Ashido!"
"Why did... you have to... call me this... early?"
"I wanted to ask if I could come over today!"
"Maybe... tomorrow... right now I'm... trying to fall... asleep."
"You do sound tired."
"Using... Cheese On's... for a temporary.... source of energy... was a big... mistake."
"I'll call tomorrow okay?"
"Sure... As long as I... get to sleep."
"OK! Bye, Asahi-Kun!"
"Bye... Mina-san." After she hung up, I immediately fell asleep.
Timeskip
When I woke up, it was already 3:00. I slept for what felt like sixteen hours. I sat up from my awkward sleeping position. How did I even manage to fall asleep like this? I guess when you're tired, you can fall asleep in any position necessary. I waddled down the stairs and looked for my parents. There was a note on the fridge that said,
'Dear, Asahi Yuuto. This is your parents speaking and we wanted to tell you since you were sleeping the whole day, we decided to leave you to make your food. Please don't die and don't eat any Cheese On's no matter what!
Love, Your Parents.
So they just left me alone for the day and hoped that I wouldn't die. Yay! I'm pretty sure it said I can eat Cheese On's!
Timeskip to when school resumed
Today I got ready for school for real. I'm ready to face another tireless day of school. I opened the door only to be greeted by a harsh downpour of rain. I quickly closed my eyes and the door but I was already soaking wet. I could hear my parents snickering at me again for being an idiot. Without saying a word to me, my father gave me a train pass so I wouldn't get as wet if I walked. Looks like he does care.
Inside the train, many random people congratulated me for taking first place in the Sports Festival. When the train doors opened on my stop, I rushed out of the train and used Endeavor's quirk slightly to evaporate the water before it could reach me. In class, everyone was talking about how people were congratulating them. I didn't say a word to anyone because deep down I was still tired.
"Morning," Aizawa-sensei said while walking into the classroom.
"Aizawa-sensei, I'm happy you were able to remove your bandages!" Asui said to him.
