Alastor hissed as a tiny, sharp-beaked pigeon peeked his finger. "Stop, we're meant to be friends," he snapped. "We're a team!"

He shoved one of the pigeons into the shaft that led to Angel Dust's room. He listened for the sound to let him know that Angel had found the feathers or pigeons in his room.

 "Al?" Angel's voice said.

He turned, and there was the spider demon, arms crossed, watching, almost amused. "Hello dear," he said, as if holding pigeons at a vent was normal behaviour. "Just helping some pigeons out of the vent."

"You're trying to jam on in there!" Angel pointed out.

"No, he's trying to jam him in there," Alastor said.

"The pigeon is doing that to himself?"

 "Yes."

 "You're a terrible liar."

 "Only to you."

Angel shook his head, but he was smiling. "How did you even get them in the bag?" he asked.

Alastor grinned, remembering the hours he spent chasing the birds with a sack, and bread. "GET IN THE BAG!" "EAT THE BREAD!" being screamed everywhere.

 "I have my ways."

Angel grinned, and pulled Alastor down. "If you wanted my attention, you could've just said so."

"I want your attention," Alastor teased.

"Okay," Angel said, hands sneaking into the waistcoat. "You have it. Now what?"
