(a/n i know a lot of the writers do it where kol says darling in every sentence i know thats how he talks but i am not doing it just a warning)

elena pov

damon told me to come to the boarding house so i was driving there when i got there i went in and everyone was sitting on the couch including jermey"what is going on"i asked confused

"we scheduled an intervention"stefan said

"what did i do this time"i asked getting irritated

"were worried about you lena"jermy said coming by me

"your acting different"care said

"me acting different my aunt died i seen her get killed we can't get this damned coffin open that is supposed to be the weapon to stop klaus and i am being smothered"i said

"were just trying to protect you"alaric said

"i don't want to be protected i'm not a baby i can take care of myself"i said

"no you can't"damon said and i turned and looked at him

"last time i checked you were stupid and got bit by a werewolf and he turned his hummanity off i offered my self up to save all of you and it seems like y'all have to do everything in your power to stop it"i said

"if we don't who will"he countered

"i don't need to be saved i don't need help"i said

"elena"jer saud

"what i go through to many of these tramatic events sometimes i need to handle them alone and stop worrying about y'all watching me like i am going to break cause i am not going to i can handle my self i'll figure out a way to kill him don't worry and when i do"i said then turned to care"hope your ready for your boyfriend to die"i said and left and went back to my house why i was driving i seen someone laying in the middle of the road

i got out and catiously walked to them it was a dude with brown hair wearing a gray long sleve shirt blue jeans  and brown shoes all of a sudden his eyes opened and he stood up and  i jumped"vampire"i said irritated clutching my chest

"how did you--katherine"he said he looked to be in a daze so i went up to him and used what alaric taught me and snapped his neck

"i hate being called katherine"i said and put him in my back seat and drove the rest of the way home when i got home dragged him to my door then said"you can come in"unlocked the door and dragged him to the living room he woke up half an hour later and i was just staring at him he is kind of cute

"how did you do that"he asked

"i was trained now who are you and unless you don't want to have your neck snapped don't call me katherine"i said

"her doppelganger"he said

"yeah now who are you"i asked starting to get pissed
