Chapter 6: The Encouter With Him

POTIONS CLASS

Professor Slughorn: Good morning, Everyone! I am Horace Slughorn, your professor for Potions. So if anybody has a question just raise your hand, and I'll answer it.

Vell quickly raised her hand.

Professor Slughorn: Yes, Ms.?

Vell: Qamikaze, Sir. What is the potion that we will study today?

Professor Slughorn: Great question, Qamikaze. Today, we will learn about The Polyjuice Potion. Now, does anybody know about the Polyjuice Potion?

Vell raised her hand.

Professor Slughorn: Ok then, Qamikaze.

Vell: The Polyjuice Potion is a potion that allows to assume the form of someone else. It is highly complicated, challenging, and time-consuming that even adult witches and wizards struggle to brew correctly. The potion is incredibly advanced and has two separate parts that contains steps for each part. When brewing is complete the potion has to  stew before a month of usage.

Everyone's jaw dropped, as if Vell was the most smartest child in the room.

Professor Slughorn: Correct, Qamikaze. I prefer 20 points for Gryffindor.

All Gryffindors jumped hurray. 20 points was the biggest they got.

Professor Slughorn: Now, what I want you to do is to make a Polyjuice Potion. You got the ingredients and steps in your book, page 56.

They all took out their books and looked at the page. Slughorn arranged them into their tables. One table is good for four. Vell, Reign, Serinna, and Kate were in one table.

Professor Slughorn: Let the brewing begin!

Reign looked at the steps and started brewing.

POLYJUICE POTION STEPS ON HOW TO MAKE

Step 1:
Add 3 measures of Boomslang Skin to the cauldron.

Step 2:
Add 1 measure of Bicorn Horn to the mortar

Step 3:
Crush to a fine powder.

Step 4:
Add 1 measure of crushed Bicorn Horn to the cauldron.

Step 5:
Heat for 20 seconds at a high temperature.

A few minutes past. All the students were done brewing. Slughorn transferred the potions one by one into different containers with the label of the name of who made it.

Professor Slughorn: I will keep your potions in my store, when it's ready we will try it out! Class dismissed.

All the students went out.

Reign: Serinna, Vell, you two go eat lunch without me. I have a deal with someone.....

Vell: Ok then, but let me take your books. Bye! Good luck.

The two walked away while Reign goes to the opposite way. She gone to the courtyard to see him.

IN THE COURTYARD

Minutes later, a boy wearing a Hufflepuff uniform starts to appear. Reign then stands up and called him.

Reign: Jamil! Jamil!
