Chapter 17: Quidditch Match

Zhavia Shakeera: Today's match is Gryffindor versus Slytherin!

Reign is so nervous she couldn't eat anything. Even a slice of bacon cannot enter her mouth. Even if Vell forces her to. At the time of eleven, everyone will be down at the Quidditch Pitch. Reign changed into her Quidditch robes and took her new Firebolt. She went to the Gryffindor Quidditch Team Changing Room and told Heira that she has a new broom.

Heira: Ok, so here what we are going to do.

Heira formulated their pattern if something ever happens and told Reign to just watch until the snitch will come out of sight. Heira even told Reign that she is the youngest player for twenty-one years. All of the Gryffindor members got along with Reign except the Beater, Jalil Poland.

Reign got mad at him and told him his a foul, pathetic, player she had ever met. Poland almost injured Reign because of accidentally hitting the crate and one of the Bludgers escaped and almost broke Reign's head (if she hadn't dodged).

Zhavia: I present you—Gryffindor!

The door opened and they all flew right out and around the crowd. After the Slytherins got called, the Gryffindor Chasers and the Slytherin Chasers formed a big circle around the crate with Madam Hooch. The two Beaters are in two sides of the big circle. The Seekers are in the third level higher than the others. In time too, Hagrid cane to one of the towers to watch, bringing binoculars.

Zhavia: Now, Madam Hooch is on the ground to release the balls.

Madam Hooch: I want a nice, clean game.

She opened the crate, released the Bludgers, and the snitch.

Zhavia: Seekers, remember that whoever gets the snitch will be rewarded a hundred and fifty points to their house.

The snitch flew around Reign and Emma Black (Slytherin Seeker and Aina Black's elder sister), before flying out of sight. Madam Hooch took the Quaffle and released it.

Zhavia: The Quaffle is released—and the game begins!—Chaser Epimetheus got the Quaffle—passed to Chaser Rey—oh no! Chaser Maestro got the Quaffle—passed to Chaser Warbeck—and Slytherin goals- no! Keeper Hauser blocked the Quaffle!

Reign punched the air as watching the scene. Watching her team get victory.

Zhavia: Chaser Bulstrode gets the Quaffle—passed through a bludger—Chaser Epimetheus snatched the Quaffle—Beater Epimetheus hits the Bludger to Chaser Maestro—GRYFFINDOR SCORES!

Zhavia then pushed the button to add 10 points to Gryffindor. Back to the game.

Zhavia: The Bludger hit by Slytherin Beater Poland—straight towards Chaser Gore—and oh no! Chaser Gore dodged and Chaser Rey got hit by Bludger! — Chaser Warbeck gets the Quaffle—passed to Chaser Bulstrode —and—wait—was that the snitch?

Chaser Bulstrode hesitated to look back at the flash of gold that had passed his left ear. Reign heard the commentary of Zhavia and spotted the snitch being followed by Seeker Black. Reign speeded off and she could hear the Gryffindors chearing at her. She raced towards Black and tried to knock her off.

Both are following the snitch right in front of them. Black bumped Reign. Reign bumped her back. The snitch flew downwards, and they both dived, following it. Black had a bad feeling about it, she keeps on looking at Reign with a terrified face. She quickly retreated when they were close to ground.

Reign payed real attention to the snitch. She was really close to the ground when she pulled up the broom that made the crowd gasp and shout more louder. And once, she stood up her broom, wobbly. And streched her arm to the snitch.

Zhavia: A Bludger is about to hit Reign Roses!

Reign dodged and jumped off the broom. She landed on the ground, but not hard, she was near to the ground when she fell.

Zhavia: I believe something is swallowed by Roses.

Hagrid looked through his binoculars.
And passed it to Vell and Serinna.

Hagrid: I think she's going to be sick.

They were looking at Reign who was down at the ground, nearly vomiting. Vomiting a golden ball.

Zhavia: And Reign Roses got the snitch!

Madam Hooch flew around to check and blowed her whistle.

Madam Hooch: Gryffindor wins!

Yey! All the Gryffindors shouted out loud 'Roses rises' a lot of times until they came back to the common room.
They prepared a celebration in case if Gryffindor wins. Reign asked permission to McGonagall if they can head down to Hogsmeade at Zonko's Joke Shop and Honeydukes to buy sweets.

Sorry if my chapters aren't that long and if some of the words are scrumbled. You can just correct it yourself. This chapter is the shortest. It only contains the first Quidditch Match that occured. In the next chapter, I skipped a lot of time on it. So don't mind.
