Mystic Falls

Third person p.o.v.
Arabella cringed as she passed the "Welcome to Mystic Falls" sign. It was morning by the time Arabella had arrived. This place brought back too many memories. Some good, some bad. The brunette was driving to The Salvatore Boarding House to greet her other siblings, that being Stefan and Damon. The Vampire hasn't seen Stefan since the 20's and Damon since the 50's. Damon called his sister back to Mystic Falls, saying there was a problem.

Anyway, so she was driving to the Boarding House until she got a text from Damon saying to go to meet him at the Lockwood estate. Apparently that still exists. Arabella, frustrated, changed directions into her GPS and started driving towards the giant mansion in the distance. Once she got there, she immediately noticed there was an event to honor someone who died. She can tell by everyone's faces. That's when the Salvatore noticed Mason Lockwood. He was talking to another boy with dark hair and brown eyes. Mason thought that he was friends with Arabella, but he was always considered a loose end to her. Someone she thought wouldn't last long in the supernatural world.

As she walked up to the front door, Mason saw her and broke into a smile while the other boy looked at her in confusion. Just by looking at the young boy, she could tell that he was close to the person that died, but didn't like them very much. He looked like he didn't want to be there or probably thought that this was a waste of his time.

Dead dude was probably a dick, but then the boy interrupted Arabella from her thoughts. "Who the hell are you?" The boy asked.

Rude, Arabella thought. "She's a friend of mine," Mason replied to him, still looking at Arabella.

She was looking around the property, seeing what was different and the same since 1864 until she said, "I can answer for myself, Mason. And to answer your question, my name is Arabella Salvatore."

"Salvatore, as in Damon and Stefan?" the boy asked curiously.

"Exactly, I'm their loving sister," she replied.

"Tyler Lockwood, please come in," the boy introduced. So he could be a werewolf, Arabella thought. She made a mental note to not get on his bad side as she stepped inside the mansion. It was filled with many people. Arabella mingled around, talking to random people until she saw her brother, Damon talking to a girl with short blonde hair. Damon kept looking over at Mason. Arabella smirked, deciding to catch up with her brother later.

Later, she then again saw Damon with a brown-skinned, dark hair girl. Deciding to be nosy, Arabella listened to their conversation.

"Did you know that the Gilbert device affected Tyler Lockwood." The girl asked behind Damon. Yup, definitely a werewolf, she thought.

"Well... I know it took the mayor down," Damon replied with no remorse whatsoever.

"Don't you want to know why?" the girl asked with an eyebrow raised.

"Yes, Bonnie, I would love to know why a non-vampire was tortured by the vampire torture device that you let John Gilbert use against us," Damon says as he surveys the food table, "Speaking of your guilt, how's Caroline?"

"She's much better." Bonnie says as she tries to defend herself.

"You're welcome," Damon says.

"No, you're welcome," Bonnie retorts, referring to herself.

"How am I welcome?" Damon questions.

"You'll live to see another day." Bonnie, that Arabella was already suspecting was a witch, shoots back at Damon.
